Could not be more pleased with the installation by Best Buy. The installers were capable, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I will always look to purchase appliances from Best Buy first because of the quality of their installation services.

Installation was thorough and complete. Required more time and patience than I had for the job. Make sure to remove the packing film on the front of the dishwasher though. It tool me a few weeks to figure out why surface looked so dull!

Shane and Caleb showed up on time, removed our old dishwasher and put the new one in. They left no mess behind. I really appreciated it that they wore masks and and asked us Covid questions before entering. It shows true consideration and care for their customers!

The delivery and installation was great. I was constantly kept up to date on the time of the appointment and then the driver called to say he was 30 minutes away. They arrived on time and installed the dishwasher quickly and walked me thru the operation and it has been running fine since.

Thank goodness the Best Buy team had many years of experience and was experienced in Bosch dishwasher Installation. Our old Bosch had been installed incorrectly and this installer had to make several amends to get the new unit in and ready to work. Even though it took a bit longer than he anticipated because of the old problem he knew exactly what to do and did so efficiently.

Installers came in and good job swapping out my old washer with the new one. The head installer cut his hand at the beginning of the install process. His helpers completed the install while he oversaw their work. Good job overall.

Installer came on time, was very professional and completed the work quickly. They noted that the old dishwasher had a bad waterline connection which they replaced for added charge. They hauled away the old dishwasher and cleaned up afterwards.
