Dishwasher is very good. I am getting used to rack configuations, but that is because my old one was 12 years old.

We were offered a free install with this Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The company was outsourced by Best Buy and did an excellent job. They gave us an approximate time of arrival and called when they were about 30 minutes away. The service guy was professional and polite and answered all our questions. He even gave us some tips which have proven to be helpful.

They arrived when they were scheduled. Came in and took the old one out, put the new one in. Made sure it worked and that I was satisfied. They left and you couldn't even know that they were here

The delivery team was great!! They had to add a different size hose or fitting (I wasn't home when it was installed) which did cost additional money however they had the supplies with them and they installed it and were done in about 15 minutes. Great service from the delivery team

Derik was able to locate the problem with the installation. He was courteous and efficient . Dishwasher is functioning properly. However, I had to wait 21 days for the error to be corrected. Dishwasher was purchased on 8/13/2022. First installed on 8/30/22. Problem corrected 9/21/22. That is a huge problem .
