Very good quality service provided by Best Buy. They were prompt, professional and provided service that was solid. The tech took the time to measure twice and install correctly without issue. I appreciate the service.

Did a good job, but after leaving one issue came up that wasn't something they did. Called and they came back and fixed the issue.

The guy said installed the dishwasher would have gotten a 5 but the one kid forgot to put the quiet thing on the front under the dishwasher. They were very nice. They were gentlemen apologize for any inconveniences.

Had to realign to center in opening, installer took the easy way out.

Arrived on time,had informed me when on their way.2 guys came,with the washer,removed the older one, did fit in the new pipe,wire etc as needed and hauled away the old one.Also gave me a brief lesson on how to run it,how to take out the filter,soap ,rinse aid info etc.Had zero issues with this. Did wait for BB offer of free install and free haul away .

I found the manual difficult to understand as to which direction went with which model. Some of the samples did not appear to match the model that I purchased. Had a lot of problems setting extra dry before choosing a cycle.

The installers were excellent. Quick, efficient, and left my kitchen perfectly clean. They also make sure the dishwasher was perfectly lined up with my countertops, much better then the old dishwasher had been.

Satisfactory. Workers arrived late in the day and were tired. Had to ask for corrections to leveling, etc. to make the installation right.

I would highly recommend having the Best Buy team hook up your new appliances.... we were very pleased with the service. Not only did they take our old one out and dispose of it, they also professionally installed the new dishwasher and made sure that it was working before they left. They also cleaned up all of the mess involved in the process.

THe Installer performed the install fast and clean, no mess either

Based on the things they were saying to each other, we got the feeling the installers did not know what they were doing. In the first month of using the dishwasher, it became evident they didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t screw the clips to the underside of the countertop which we learned when we pulled the bottom rack out and the whole dishwasher fell forward. They didn’t properly connect the water line and we had a water leak (hardwood floors). And they didn’t leave the install kit that we paid for so when we needed to fix the water line connection, we had to go to the Best But store and get one (which they provided ‘free’ of charge since we already paid for it). For the $180 installation fee, we expected a professional installation.

They did a great job and installed it quickly. Polite too.
