When they delivered the correct dishwasher, everything was great. The delivery people were very knowledgeable and did a great job compared to the first ones.

They didn't show me how to work the dishwasher, but everything else went super easy.

Couldn't have gone smoother@ Arrived on time, covid protection and booties. Best Yet Installations, Rick & Bruce went above what was needed. Rerouted the drain pipe more efficiently, and gave me a couple of tips on the dishwasher. Excellent installation. Ask for them by name!

This dishwasher has lots of configuration options. It does a decent cleaning job. Only concern is it feels delicate. Glad my kids are older so they are a little more gentle.

And vey through with the instillation. Polite and courteous as well.

Dishwashers seem harder to install than most appliances. That was certainly the case in this instance. The installers had make several different connections and in one case even had to improvise a fitting. The two men spent well over an hour doing the work and were polite, professional, and informative about the product. I highly recommend this service.

The installation went perfectly and the product works as described.

the first crew that brought the new dishwasher put it in the space designated and drilled holes in the cabinet with chucks out of the side of the cabinet. They did not fasten it to the cabinet until I said something and they did not install the trim mouldings or have the insulation blanket. I talked to the sales rep and a different crew came out and everything was done the way it was supposed to be.

Other than having trouble understanding the guy working on the installation, everything went smoothly and he showed me how to work the dishwasher.

This was the worst experience!! It took 3 times to get the dishwasher installed. The scheduling and communication was extremely poor. The first scheduled date the installers came to the wrong address to install. When the issue was realized they packed up the washer and never came to the correct address. After waiting the entire day at the correct address I finally called to see what was up and was told they returned the washer to the warehouse and it had to be re- received back in before they could schedule another installation date. NEVER even tried to contact me to let me know. Not HQ, Not the subcontractor company or the installer. I wasted an entire day! On the next install date, the dishwasher was brought but was not installed as the 'installation kit' sold with the washer was the incorrect one and the hoses needed to be longer. Dishwasher was left and the appt had to be rescheduled again. 3rd try the installers came and told me the original hoses to the current washer could be used to install the new washer??? With the purchase of the dishwasher I paid for the haul away service. Once the washer was installed the workers were walking out the door and I stop them to say I had paid for the haul away. They told me that service was someone else and they would be coming within the next 4 hours to pick it up?? I was never told that this was what I should expect. The experience wasted several days of my time during main working hours and taking off shifts.

First time, one of the company came over to install and it was an horrible experience. They were literally tried everything not to install and to their luck, the new one came in dented from Best buy. They sent me a new one but I had to live with no dish washer for more than 2 weeks. It was horrible until then but the 2nd company who came over to install was very good. They did it pretty quick and very nice job. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the installation companies.
