The installer was efficient and and very thorough.

Cory was my installer from Best Buy. He was outstanding. He took great care in removing the old dishwasher and placing the new one. Th he appointment was scheduled and he called 30 minutes in advance to inform me he was on his way. The demo of the dishwasher was helpful also. I am sold on Best Buy for all my appliances in the future!

They did a fine job if installing the dishwasher. It was the installer that pointed out that our new dishwasher DID NOT have heated drying and NOT the people at the store. The installer was very nice and professional.

We had an installation issue with our dishwasher. BB sent out a 3rd party vendor that broke the dishwasher. I went into the store and the GM made the situation right. Would recommend.

The install of our dishwasher by the Best Buy service team was so easy and clean. They worked with me on our install date by being very flexible and understanding of my schedule.

Installation headquarters first delayed my installation of LG dishwasher then, the guys who came for the install never made sure it was properly installed and went thru a cycle. It wasn’t until I spoke with Head install operations that I was able to have my dishwasher up and running. It was very displeasing, as they couldn’t get things right the first time and the delay of fixing the problem kept getting delayed. Finally, the last man to work on things knew what he was doing and was able to get things going in a matter of 5min. The install staff needs better training in my opinion.

These guys did a great job installing the dishwasher. They were friendly and professional. Twenty years ago I'd have installed it myself, but I've learned not to waste my time on these types of things.

We purchased delivery/install/removal when we bought our new dish washer. It saved us the hassle of dealing with it ourselves. The installer was polite and professional. It took about an hour from start to finish. I highly recommend this option. (Best Buy should look into local installers... Ours drives up from south Florida each week to work this area!!!)

My husband and I asked a lot of questions about the installation(it was part of the price of dishwasher...not extra). Our Best Buy store was using a new party for installations. Our installer called before he arrived; had all equipment that was needed and just did a great job installing and showing the features.

Two very nice installation technicians came on time and were very friendly, courteous, and installed my dishwasher without issues. They were very careful to wear covers on their shoes, put pads on the floor, and cover the outgoing and incoming dishwashers, so everything stayed clean and protected. Thank you Best Buy!

The installers were very professional and experienced. They used and appropriate protection for the hardwood floor in the kitchen and as a result we had no complaints about their work. They tested the installation to assure its workability, and it worked as advertised when we made our first use.

Derik was able to locate the problem with the installation. He was courteous and efficient . Dishwasher is functioning properly. However, I had to wait 21 days for the error to be corrected. Dishwasher was purchased on 8/13/2022. First installed on 8/30/22. Problem corrected 9/21/22. That is a huge problem .

Ronald Cratty was an excellent installer and fully understood all problems we had in obtaining the machine, and solved them. Scheduling the installation proved to be more than the Best Buy software could handle, and needed human intervention
