Excellent experience all around. they called a week in advance, then a day in advance to confirm. Then again, to provide an ETA well within the time window I was given. 2 professional, clean and efficient guys finished the job without a hitch. Installed the new appliance and hauled away the old one in record time.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my dishwasher. Lewis Hohman called earlier in the day to see if he could install the dishwasher sooner than the assigned time between 12pm and 4pm. He arrived around 10:30am. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about giving instructions and tips on using dishwasher.

Our installation was free in a store promotion. Everything was correct in the end but with problems on the way. Thus the 2 stars/Fair rating but still Recommending it. The installers were contractors, not Best Buy employees. This was the case with every retailer we contacted. Some retailers said they had long-term relationships with a particular contractor, which perhaps would result in more consistent quality. This was the replacement installation after the first unit was damaged cosmetically during its installation. This crew was less conscientious. We had to point out that they did not initially route the drain hose out the correct side of the unit and did not install it with the required 33" above the floor rise between the unit and our plumbing drain (sink disposal inlet). They corrected these. They re-used the hot water and electrical connections from the first install so these were not an issue. They carefully avoided scratching anything. General advice: - Visit the manufacturer's website, download the installation instructions, and review them before the installers show up. Be prepared to inspect their work as they proceed and ask about anything that looks wrong. You don't want to sign off on an incorrect installation and possibly void the manufacturer's warranty. - Inspect the unit carefully for damage before the installers start. Look from high, low, and both sides, because scratches near the floor may not be evident when viewed from above. Take pictures to document its presumably pristine initial condition.

the first crew that brought the new dishwasher put it in the space designated and drilled holes in the cabinet with chucks out of the side of the cabinet. They did not fasten it to the cabinet until I said something and they did not install the trim mouldings or have the insulation blanket. I talked to the sales rep and a different crew came out and everything was done the way it was supposed to be.

the installers, Ismael ans Yirandy were terrific. they were a joy to work with on a difficult installation in an older home. well done!

Very good service. I could have installed this dishwasher myself, but hey, it was offered for free. Funny thing, when I went to check out, the free installation disappeared. But Best Buy services straightened it out and made it happen on the exact day I needed it installed. The installer was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

I haven’t always had the best of luck with installers of anything. The two men arrived on time and were polite. They were professional and were able to answer my questions easily. The dishwasher was installed before I knew it. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it under the sink. Nice experience.
