They did a good job and demonstrating the dishwasher. But that was the only time it worked. Repair said it was mother board. The replacement worked fine.

The Best Buy installation crew kept me informed about their expected arrival time. They were prompt as to their word. They quicklty and efficiently removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one....without making a mess in my kitchen. The team was curteous and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. They made sure everything was working properly also.

Lee with the Geek Squad came to install our dishwasher and he was amazing! I always get nervous when service people visit the house because inevitably something goes wrong and they can't complete it and have to come back. Lee was methodical and patient and so knowledgeable. The dishwasher was in and working in no time. Could not be more pleased!

The installers were running late but they called me as asked if I needed to reschedule. They were and professional.

The delivery is on time, right at the beginning of the window we were given. Two guys came. They install quickly, then clean up. The dishwasher runs well, we did not have any issues. The main guy is very courteous and works hard.
