My technician installed both a dishwasher and stove on the same day. He was friendly, thorough, professional, clean, and quick. I was extremely satisfied with the installation experience and have not had any subsequent problems.

The dishwasher works fine but the seal is so tight that it holds moisture and dishes have a hard time completely drying. This is especially true when you just use it as a drain after washing dishes in the sink.

The staff who installed this item were very professional and did a nice job. They were respectful of my property and polite at all times and very efficient

Installer was clearly very experienced and proficient, completed it quickly without difficulty. But the install was delayed for a week when the 1st delivery man found that the water to the old dishwasher came from below rather than from the side, as LG requires. I had a plumber fix that, but Best Buy should have alerted me to the possibility.

I was extremely impressed with the installation service we received. The installer arrived when scheduled, was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. He was also very neat and took care to assure that there was no mess left behind. In addition, he was helpful and took care to show us how to properly use the dishwasher.

Geek Squad technician Jose, was great! called The day before to let me know that he would call me when he was on the way, came on time, was very fast with installation, he went over operation as well. Helpfull, efficient.

I had an old refrigerator hauled away and a new one installed. The two guys that showed up to do the work were fantastic, careful not to damage my hardwood floor and provided necessary adjustments to the fridge doors to ensure proper alignment. Very friendly, provided good notice prior to appointment and arrived on time. Excellent service!

Technician showed up on time and dw installation went smoothly. Because I purchased the geek squad service plan several months ago, the installation was free plus they disposed of the old dw at no charge.

had my samsung dishwasher delivered, and to our surprise they had added a charge for installing, we had been told that it was included, however the delivery man got right on the phone, and talk with a supervisor, they waved the fee, , so that was above and beyond the delivery, great job bye the delivery person, not so good by the saleperson
