Best Buy matched delivery and install deal from other stores. Delivery and install went well, no scratching of floor walls or product. Installers were clean efficient and pleasant. They did what was contracted for.

The first person found the valve was bad to connect it. This im sure helped us from having problem later. When valve was fixed, a different person came to install. He was super, too! Excellent work and very polite!

Installers were “EXCELLENT”. Called before arriving with estimated time of arrival. Extremely cordial, very efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Made sure dishwasher was properly working and answered my questions. I am very pleased with the technician. THANKS!!!!

The installers were careful in removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. They had to do a couple of work-around to hook it up; these they did with ingenuity and care, explaining the process along the way.

Two visits from installer. I finally saw the problem and third visit finally, after coming back again fixed it. Quiet, but 4 hrs is a bit much to do a load of dishes

Paid for this installation as part of the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty deal...really wanted it so they would take the old dishwasher away, really takes away from the ability to get a better dishwasher by the time you pay for install, removal and parts, could / would go to an appliance store where that stuff is all included...not sure BB has a good business model here.

The dishwasher is excellent, and the installation was perfect.

I've had problems with the installation since it was put in. The installers worked hard to get everything in place but unfortunately the bottom panel was never sent, or was misplaced during the installation. I waited another week for them to come back and the panel was put in wrong and it won't be corrected until 1/7. So, I'm still waiting for the proper installation to be finished. Nice guys, just not very organized.

Fast installation. Two men came one installed while the other took the old dishwasher outside. They were both professional and polite. We would always have things installed from any big product we buy.

Best buy Geek squad installation was excellent. Arrival time was estimated and installer was on time. Old dishwasher removed without any damage to kitchen. New dishwasher installed well, including leveling and tutorial on use! Installer very professional, helpful and still quite affable.

We had GeeK Squad install dishwasher. The service technician well informed on proper installing and operating Bosch dishwasher. To make sure water is HOT ( other word, run kitchen sink Hot water) prior to starting Run cycle and understanding a loop has to be in dishwasher drain line and that drain line should be connected to garbage disposal.

Our installers were the best! They fixed extra plumbing issues during their last stop the night before Thanksgiving. I was so grateful!!!❤

For the price of (overpriced) installation parts, I got an installation that saved me trouble, and got me a valuable introduction to the machine. The main part of the install was done by the guy I would rely on for repairs, if necessary. He had a helper, but there wasn't much for him to do. Talk about quick and easy!
