The service technician was very thorough and professional in the installation of the new Bosch dishwasher. He asked us prior to the installation what our problem was with the original Bosch dishwasher and explained that the one being installed had fixed that issue with the drain valve. He instantly put us at ease.

The installers were very professional and did quality work! They scheduled the electrician for us and he did a great job, too. The company is very organized and got the permits we needed and sent us a letter with the information we needed to get the work inspected.

I was very happy with the installation service. The hot water shutoff valve under my kitchen sink was not working properly. Installation crew didn't sweat it and turned off water at hot water tank instead. Installation took reasonable amount of time.

I was so pleased to have two caring and competent installers come out exactly as scheduled. The whole time he was working the lead guy was giving me an education in modern appliances. I really appreciated him, his work, and the fact that they cleaned up. These days it's tough to get good help. Bravo, you guys!

Cruz did a great job of informing us on the dishwasher which was not what we expected. He guessed that we bought it online (which we did). The model is 2 inches shorter than we thought and Cruz was very patient with us as we decided if we wanted to keep the dishwasher.

OK, front not flush with counter, otherwise ok....

the installer called the night before to confirm appointment, called when enroute ( early in app't window ), took care not to scratch my hardwood kitchen floor, was quick but did not appear to be in a hurry, gave a short but thorough tutorial on operation. Everything you'd want in a service of this sort!
