Communication on install date and time was excellent. The installer did an excellent job to ensure installation of the dishwasher met all local codes. He adhered to all safety measures and left everything clean. He did a nice job to explain the operation of the dishwasher.

I would highly recommend having the Best Buy team hook up your new appliances.... we were very pleased with the service. Not only did they take our old one out and dispose of it, they also professionally installed the new dishwasher and made sure that it was working before they left. They also cleaned up all of the mess involved in the process.

This LG Dishwasher was a replacement for a Samsung that was not a year old and started leaking. I hope we have better luck with this one. Best installer we’ve had for any appliance in our home.

I don't know about you, but the days are long gone when I could bend over, stoop down, twist and turn on my knees, and otherwise contort myself, while maneuvering a 60 lb, bulky appliance under a countertop and between cabinets. Paying for installation was a no-brainer.

Installer was solo, but did a great job and effort to getting it done right and hauling away the old dishwasher. She was very careful to not do any damage and make sure the dishwasher worked well before she left.

Paid $70 for “professional” installation? 2 weeks after install our dishwasher quit working. Called geek squad to schedule a repair. A week later when repair time comes, I get a call stating they scheduled the home theatre team and now the soonest they could come back out was another week. After being without a dishwasher I decided to see if I could fix it myself. Dishwasher wasn’t broke at all! The drain hose was backed up from being stuffed, kinked, and ran incorrectly from the dishwasher to the disposal. Not to mention the mess of cut wires plugs and connectors from the old dishwasher they chose to just leave stuffed behind the new one. Just not a real good experience. Honestly this is the 1st time in a long time that I have had this bad of an experience. As much money as my family spends at Best Buy, I never thought it would be here.

Finally after three different try’s to get delivered n scheduled to installed!!! Two weeks then another two weeks poor experience. Last two guys were very good

Everything was hooked up properly and looked professional.

They came, they installed, and it works well so far. Clean

Arrived on time,had informed me when on their way.2 guys came,with the washer,removed the older one, did fit in the new pipe,wire etc as needed and hauled away the old one.Also gave me a brief lesson on how to run it,how to take out the filter,soap ,rinse aid info etc.Had zero issues with this. Did wait for BB offer of free install and free haul away .

The installers were very professional and very careful. However, after they left, I noticed that the dishwasher baseboard had not been installed correctly. I called them and they agreed to come back to adjust it.
