It was easy to schedule the delivery and installation online. We received the call the day before, as promised, and they showed up on time. The installation was done quickly and, as far as I can tell so far, done well. Yes, it was a little expensive, but for something like this, it wouldn't have made sense to splurge on the dishwasher and scrimp on the installation.

The 2 young men, Matt and Josh did an excellent job. I had to have a plumber to install a cut off valve. Those 2 young men were right back to install as soon as that was done. Right on time, took the time to explain how my Maytag Dishwasher work. Excellent.

The install went without a hitch. No problems yet.

Friendly installers and who knew what they were doing

The team that came to install the appliances was great. They called about 30 minutes prior to arriving. They were not only on time, but at the very beginning of the delivery window! When they got there they were very efficient, professional, extremely careful not to damage anything, and very thorough in completing their jobs! Highly recommended!

I found the manual difficult to understand as to which direction went with which model. Some of the samples did not appear to match the model that I purchased. Had a lot of problems setting extra dry before choosing a cycle.

It is worthwhile to receive the installation service.

The techs were super. They were very clean and fast when installing the Dishwasher, and even gave me a change to clean the spot where it was goin to go...while they took out the old one and the packing. Great work!

The the independent installers that Best Buy used really knew there stuff. They came in and got the job done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled away all the trash. Very courteous.

Our installation was free in a store promotion. Everything was correct in the end but with problems on the way. Thus the 2 stars/Fair rating but still Recommending it. The installers were contractors, not Best Buy employees. This was the case with every retailer we contacted. Some retailers said they had long-term relationships with a particular contractor, which perhaps would result in more consistent quality. This was the replacement installation after the first unit was damaged cosmetically during its installation. This crew was less conscientious. We had to point out that they did not initially route the drain hose out the correct side of the unit and did not install it with the required 33" above the floor rise between the unit and our plumbing drain (sink disposal inlet). They corrected these. They re-used the hot water and electrical connections from the first install so these were not an issue. They carefully avoided scratching anything. General advice: - Visit the manufacturer's website, download the installation instructions, and review them before the installers show up. Be prepared to inspect their work as they proceed and ask about anything that looks wrong. You don't want to sign off on an incorrect installation and possibly void the manufacturer's warranty. - Inspect the unit carefully for damage before the installers start. Look from high, low, and both sides, because scratches near the floor may not be evident when viewed from above. Take pictures to document its presumably pristine initial condition.

Installation was good. As a Total Geek Squad Member I was to pay nothing for installation. Installers told me my shut off valve would not close completely and I needed a new valve. Charge was $160.00 for a $10.00 valve. After complaining it was reduced to $130.00. I should have checked the shut off valve to see the leak.

The installer was great! We needed the kit purchased and they send out installers that mainly install the same type items. This installer did dishwashers more than 75% of the time. So... when he hit a problem he knew how to handle it correctly. Cleaned up after himself and even wiped up the floor to get all the stray pieces. Very nice too!
