Our installer was awesome. He was very professional. He wore booties over his boots in the house. He laid a cover on the floor during the install and was careful with moving the dishwasher across the floor. He was pleasant to talk with and seemed to really know his stuff. He cleaned up after himself and did an awesome job.

The Install was done on time. I was notified several days before and received a call 20 minutes prior the appointment. Overall, I enjoy having Best Buy Membership.

Technician was on time and uninstalled and installed the dishwasher with professional care. He made sure everything was working before he left. He was the same technician that initially installed all the other appliances, we knew he would do a great job!

It is recommended that you have the Best Buy professional install your dishwasher. Any problems (if any) that may arise can be repaired on the spot. The installer done an excellent job and kept me informed with what he was doing.

Easy to install. Worked first time installer had no issues

This was not an easy installation. I had added scraped hardwood floors on top of tile. The installers had to cut it the old dishwasher to save the floors. It was $200.00 more money. It was fair because it was a problem solved quickly and efficiently.

Was happy with the people who installed the dishwasher

My installer was polite, knowledgeable and on time. He called the day before to give me a 2 hour window of when he would be arriving and then called in the morning to confirm he was going to arrive on time. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and gave me advise on operating and maintaining the appliance. Great overall experience.

The installer did not check the condition of the first dishwasher he brought and it was dented so he took it back, we reordered and when the 2nd finally came I insisted that the store check it for quality and no dents before sending it out with the installer. They really didn't want to which I think is strange since it is a waste of the installer's time and Best Buy's investment in customer satisfaction to deliver first quality products and not waste customer's time with a delivery of a dented product! He was good other than this which was not his fault but the fault of the local Best Buy store!
