After seeing what the technician had to do to install our dishwasher, we're so glad that we decided to with the free installation with our Best Buy Total Tech services. The best thing since a slide of bread.

The gentlemen that came to install the dishwasher were from a third party contract and were AMAZING! They were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make the installation a wonderful experience.

The installer was very professional, arrived on time after calling to say he was on his way. He took the time to do the job right and was very thorough in explaining how to use the new dishwasher. Great service.

It is recommended that you have the Best Buy professional install your dishwasher. Any problems (if any) that may arise can be repaired on the spot. The installer done an excellent job and kept me informed with what he was doing.

My husband and I asked a lot of questions about the installation(it was part of the price of dishwasher...not extra). Our Best Buy store was using a new party for installations. Our installer called before he arrived; had all equipment that was needed and just did a great job installing and showing the features.

Crew that did our dishwasher installation were prompt, courteous and friendly. They followed all the Covid guidelines and were very efficient. They explained the "how to" for using the dishwasher and answered all my questions. I wish all installations went this smoothly.

We had to reschedule our appointment three times and luckily the install said he would come back the day we were supposed to get the machine. Best Buy said it would be installed one day and then it wasn't delivered so we had to reschedule the first time! Two times later it was finally here and finally installed. Horrible communication. Not satisfied at all

Installer was excellent and professional. Scheduling issues had him only installing a cooktop, but he was able to install the microwave, double oven, dishwasher and cooktop all at once so he would not have to come back. I was happy to have everything done.

Excellent experience all around. they called a week in advance, then a day in advance to confirm. Then again, to provide an ETA well within the time window I was given. 2 professional, clean and efficient guys finished the job without a hitch. Installed the new appliance and hauled away the old one in record time.
