Once he got there he was very professional and answered all my questions. Once his assistant arrived they worked together as a team to install my dishwasher. They were professional and courteous and answered any question I asked. They were EXCELLENT.

Great installation

He and his assistant made sure everything was perfect and that I was completely comfortable with its operation. He provided me with his phone number and said to call him direct if i had any further questions.

Timely Service on weekends

Even though it was on a Saturday, they got the job done timely and correctly. The technicians were very professional.

Gets dishes clean, it’s quiet and actually dries them too. Also very beautiful.The delivery drivers were right on time, called about 15 minutes out, very pleasant and efficient.

Only thing that irritated me was once I bought the dishwasher the soonest appt I could make was for 3 weeks later. I think Best Buy needs to hire more people if they can’t get stuff delivered and installed quicker
