This dishwasher is very quiet and dishes are squeaky clean!

The installation was done in no time, the technicians knew exactly what to do and were very personable. The removed and took away the old dishwasher and made sure the new one worked prior to leaving.

They came and installed as scheduled. But once we put the kick plate back on under the unit the door didn’t close. We needed to shave some of the wood down which thankfully my husband could easily do. But then when I used the sink and we had water badly leaking. The installer knocked the pea trap lose so when the sink was in use a lot of water ran out. Again my husband was able to fix with time and effort. Needless to say he was not happy. We sent an email to Best Buy with no response. Even just an acknowledgement would have been appreciated!

Dishwasher is so quiet, runs and cleans efficiently.

My installer Jake was very professional he came in and arrived on time and was courteous and efficient and handle my dishwasher with care and installed it very professionally. There was also a part that did not come in the install kit but he was insightful enough to have the correct part available and put it on with no problems!

The installer was very professional, arrived on time after calling to say he was on his way. He took the time to do the job right and was very thorough in explaining how to use the new dishwasher. Great service.

Picked the KitchenAid after I read reviews on the Samsung Dishwasher. No one had any good things to say about the Samsung so I decided to switch to the KitchenAid. I am so happy that I did make the change.

The installation was quick snd the men were on time.

The installation was done so thorough. Our old dish washer was installed incorrectly. It was very dangerous if left that way. Our installers made sure everything was done correctly and safely. They took the time to do it right. They did such a good job and now I HAVE PEACE OF MIND that everything is safe.

Our installation team was great. Called before arrival, were courteous and friendly when they arrived, did great work and were fundamental in helping me navigate the 1-800 Best Buy phone circles I got stuck in.

After the dishwasher was installed, it would not turn on. I accompanied one of the servicemen to the surge box. I flipped the switch and it sparked. The serviceman recommended I get an electrician. I hired an electrician who diagnosed the issue as the servicemen who installed the dishwasher blew a fuse when installing the dishwasher. I would like to be refunded for paying the electrician for the serviceman's mistake.

The install was quick, clean, and professional. I think the installer even showed up a little early. We noticed a leak a few days later when we first ran it, and the installer came out the same day to check it out, even though it was pretty obvious that the problem was our plumbing, not the install or the dishwasher.

I hope Jamie gets to install from OKC store all the time. He communicated when scheduling, he was on time, and he explained what he was doing as he went. The install was for MIL and he took time to explain operating differences between the old and new dishwasher.
