Kitchens dishwasher faulty. Next delivery got there no install Crew. Next delivery did not show up. Two different stories told. Waited all day. Finally showed up 4 th delivery and installed.

I can't believe how quiet it is compared to my old.

Good service on the installation. The 2 guys got right to work on it and taking the old washer out was not an easy job. In the end they got the old washer out and hauled it off and installed the new one without much difficulty. I am pleased with this service.

The installation was fine except the installer left greasy fingerprints on the dishwasher door. His suggestion was to use WD 40. Why didn't he clean it off?? That was his job. One star deducted for this. Scheduling was a mess. When we bought it, it was supposed to come during the afternoon. They rescheduled for 10 to 2. OK, we could live with that. We ran the last load which was going to be finished before 10. They came a half and hour earlier and threatened to leave so we would have to reschedule it again. We stopped the dishwasher and they installed it. One more star removed.

The installers did a great job. I felt comfortable having them in my house.

The installers were on time, quick and very helpful.

After seeing what the technician had to do to install our dishwasher, we're so glad that we decided to with the free installation with our Best Buy Total Tech services. The best thing since a slide of bread.

they did not balance the machine well so I believe the second rack does not roll in and out properly. sometimes got stuck.

The crew showed up ready to go and seeing as how I’d prepared for their arrival kept it quick and easy. They kept the surrounding area very clean.

This LG Dishwasher was a replacement for a Samsung that was not a year old and started leaking. I hope we have better luck with this one. Best installer we’ve had for any appliance in our home.

They came, they installed, no leaks, runs great!!!

The installation was as good as it could have possibly been due to faulty design of the space/opening for the dishwasher

it took the installer more time to get the dishwasher into my house than it did to install it. Only issue I had was that the dishwasher was damaged when it was delivered......still waiting on a replacement

When they delivered the correct dishwasher, everything was great. The delivery people were very knowledgeable and did a great job compared to the first ones.

Product is great and so was installation. Delivery was awful! They missed the 1st 4 delivery dates but finally made it on the 5th try.

Everything was perfect on the install, except that it wd have been greatly enhanced if the 7 am to 7 pm window could have been earlier
