2 technicians installed my mew dishwasher and did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards and left a nice new dishwasher and took the old one with them.

The installation was fine, the installers protected my wood floor and the washer worked well but they didn't install the final kickplate because they didn't know what to do with the wood molding that finished the space between the washer and the flooring deck boards. Fortunately they left the kickplate outside the garage where I found it so I could figure out what it was. Unfortunately, they didn't leave any note to tell me why they left this part outside my garage and what I should do with it. I eventually figured it out by reading the installation instructions so all is well. But need communications to warrant a 5 star.

The installation was great in a timely manner and show me how to work the dishwasher and ran it to sure me it was working perfectly.

The gentleman who installed my dishwasher did an excellent job. He called before arrival, arrived quickly, brought in the dishwasher after looking at the space. He got right to work, answered my questions, put down tarp to cover the floor, did the install easily, ran a test cycle, checked for problems and hauled away the old one. Best install I've ever had! Thank you! Keep this guy!

Very happy with new dishwasher. Very quiet and dishes sparkle. Plenty of space for large number of dishes. Installers very professional and answered questions patiently.

The Best Buy install crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally. They had the dishwasher installed quickly, and hauled away the old unit. Took the time to update our electrical GFCI receptacle and quarter turn water shut off valve prior to their arrival. They said those improvements made for an easy install . Had a drying issue with the unit. Let them know right away. They scheduled delivery for a brand new replacement unit at no charge. If I were ordering again I would probably upgraded to next level with Perfect Dry which adds a fan to the heated drying function . Still, new replacement working as needed. Peace of mind knowing you can still get quality service, and a warranty.

Our installer was a bit brusque, but he completed the installation quickly and correctly. We appreciated the notification call the previous day and the call just before the delivery. The installer was meticulous about placing the dishwasher perfectly into its opening, with equal amounts of space on both sides and the front not protruding unnecessarily.

Installation really counts in the world of dishwashers - if it's right, everything is set to work with no trouble... if it's wrong, leaks, etc. The folks brought it in, installed it fast, took out the old one and it's working like a charm.

My dishwasher install wasn’t great. Best Buy used a local guy. He had muddy boots, was late twice and took multiple strips to get the install done

The company hired by Best Buy to install our dishwasher did a great job. My issue is with what Best Buy charges for something as simple as a dishwasher installation. No way it should be $250 for them to slide the dishwasher into place and plug it in.

The installers not only did a very quick job of getting rid of the old dishwasher, but cleaned up after their work, and briefed my wife and me on its unique features. This included its user-friendly control interface (which is simple to understand), how to maximize the use of its large volume, and most importantly, how it cleans and dries a load of dishes, cookware, and silverware more thoroughly than any other.

The whole process from purchasing my dishwasher to communication from Best Buy to when the installers came was flawless. I had some issues in the past when I tried to purchase an appliance from Best Buy forcing me to cancel the order but I decided to try again. The reason why is Best Buy was offering the best financing deal and free installation if I purchased a Bosch dishwasher. This time it was great. It sucked I had to wait until late Saturday afternoon for the installation but we really needed the dishwasher. Anyhow, the installers called before they came and took care of un packaging the dishwasher. They allowed me to check for any defects which I liked. They removed my old dishwasher and allowed me to clean the area before installing the new one. Installation went well. They took great care installing it. After installation they showed us the basic functions on the dishwasher. They even told us to return the kit we were required to buy along with the dishwasher because the Bosch dishwasher already came with the necessary parts. The installers were very friendly and knew what they were doing.

The delivery and installation team that installed my dishwasher and hauled away the old washer were great. They worked quickly and thoroughly. They were careful and respectful of my home and did not damage anything. I would highly recommend them services when purchasing appliances.

The installer was super! Had everything needed when he removed old model he took precaution making sure no water woul;d leak through the removal of old appliance. He was quick and efficientin installing the new appliance. Even went above his duty by quick explanation how it operated.
