The crew that did the install were awesome. They came in completed the install within about 25minutes and we were up and running!

Best buy Geek squad installation was excellent. Arrival time was estimated and installer was on time. Old dishwasher removed without any damage to kitchen. New dishwasher installed well, including leveling and tutorial on use! Installer very professional, helpful and still quite affable.

This was not an easy installation. I had added scraped hardwood floors on top of tile. The installers had to cut it the old dishwasher to save the floors. It was $200.00 more money. It was fair because it was a problem solved quickly and efficiently.

Installer was a perfectionist! He and his assistant made sure everything was perfect and that I was completely comfortable with its operation. He provided me with his phone number and said to call him direct if i had any further questions.

They were quick and professional. They also called and let me know when they would arrive.

The installer was prompt. Only took maybe 30 minutes. They cleaned up all trash and removed the old unit.

After the dishwasher was installed, it would not turn on. I accompanied one of the servicemen to the surge box. I flipped the switch and it sparked. The serviceman recommended I get an electrician. I hired an electrician who diagnosed the issue as the servicemen who installed the dishwasher blew a fuse when installing the dishwasher. I would like to be refunded for paying the electrician for the serviceman's mistake.

This is the second appliance this guy has installed for us and he is top notch. Always lets us know what he is doing, asks for permission if any alterations are needed, and recommends how he would have his own appliances installed. He also gives us multiple ways of contacting him in case we need something or have a questions.

Technician was on time and uninstalled and installed the dishwasher with professional care. He made sure everything was working before he left. He was the same technician that initially installed all the other appliances, we knew he would do a great job!

The installer was friendly and did a good job removing our two appliances and bringing in the two replacements. But, even though our existing dishwasher had been installed a few years earlier without any problem, he said the turn-off valve had to be moved. A few weeks after it had been installed, I noticed water leaking under the sink. At first I tried to call the installation company. But after being on hold for several minutes concluded that he would say he did nothing to the sink and called our plumber to come back. If we ever replace another dishwasher, we will call our own installer.

OMG this guy was great! He was able to straigen out problems the repair guy before him messed up. Very professional . Knew exactly what he was doing.
