This guys were on time and did a decent job. Once you have ordered delivery and installation one thinks that it should be a routine activity. However be aware that there can be extra charges applicable

I am absolutely appalled by Best Buy’s customer service. I’ve been on the phone for over six hours trying to get help with a dishwasher that stopped working after just one use, and still no one has taken responsibility or offered a real solution. This is completely unacceptable. You are selling defective products and providing the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Shame on you for treating customers this way. I will be escalating this issue to every possible channel — including formal complaints, online reviews, and legal action. You will definitely be hearing from my attorney. Absolutely disgraceful!

They were very prompt letting us know when they would be at our house, knew exactly what they were doing. Suggested replacing an existing water line fitting Due to corrosion then spent time explaining all of the features and benefits of buying from Best Buy

The person who installed the dishwasher was incredibly professional. He indicated he would not install it until the area dried out a bit more. Most service people would have just shoved it in and have the mold begin. He was fantastic.

The person was able to install the Bosch dishwasher we purchased quickly and correctly. It's been a couple of weeks, and we haven't seen any issues. The Geek Squad servicemen consistently do their job well for us.

Installers were unable to install the new dishwasher due to the old one being "hard wired". I was disappointed that they did not attempt to remove the old dishwasher, as I requested. I had to pay an electrician and plumber to remove the old one and to install the new machine. Your crew had to come back two weeks later to pick up the old dishwasher. No credit given????

Excellent! Our installer, David, did a fantastic job. He was experienced, know just what to do, and did it with efficiency and competence. He was a pleasure !

I did not realize my hookup was out of compliance by the state of CA. The tech was able to install and now I am not out of complacence.

The installation of my dishwasher went well. They ran into an issue with my counter not being level but were able to correct it. They were professional and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Delivery and installation of a dishwasher happened just as I hoped. No complaints. The same person did it all. They took away the old dishwasher too. The cost at $190+ seems high, but no other retailer had any Bosch dishwashers in stock.

Happy to have install man in my home. He worked as quickly as possible yet cleaned up total area as he completed the install. It looked like a hard job to me as he hauled the large box himself, spent lots of time on his knees and answered questions about my new dishwasher. Best Buy has a excellent representative here.

The guys who came did an excellent job installing this appliance. They were courteous and knowledgeable about both installing the appliance nut also how to use some of the features of the appliance.

The guys did a good job of delivering and installing this product. I would not have been able to do it myself. The guys were professional and friendly.

The dishwasher was installed easily. The technician had the part required to change the waterline size without a delay. Odd that I had to pay him cash for the part, which I assume he pocketed

Guy who came out communicated well. Was very polite and respectful of my home. Didnt make a mess or leave a mess. He showed me the different features of the dishwasher and even complemented me on the choice as he said it was a great unit.

Perfect installation. Pays to be a Total Plus member. Installer was well versed in the operation of the dishwasher and ensured the unit was plumb and level.
