The team that came to my hope this morning to install the dishwasher was great! They were respectful and courteous, got the job done quickly. If only Best Buy could learn a lesson from teams such as this!

Our installer called just as he picked up our appliance and told us his ETA. Upon arrival he explained the installation process. He was very personable, professional and courteous the whole time. I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience.

The product was great but my experience with installation was disaster. Seems best buy had a contract with third party for installation they never communicate each other. It take's them a month to instal dishwasher after multiple cancelation. I will never ever order from Best Buy.the third part from Lowe’s they are unprofessional.The dishwasher doesn’t drain after they instal but left a dishwasher with drainage issue. They told me to call and complain the problem to Best Buy. Even they didn’t attempt to trouble shoot. I end up hiring professional to fix for me.

Tech was on time and called to tell us when they would be there. He was very professional. He explained the operation and features.

Dirty dishes in the sink necessitated hand washing for the first time in years. We could hardly wait to get the new dish washer installed. The Best Buy techs arrived and installed the new machine, a nearly thousand dollar dishwasher. They claimed to have tested it. The next day, my wife ran the first cycle and, surprise, surprise, a puddle of water on the floor. Techs said the machine was damaged in shipping yet they installed anyway and didn't detect the damage before leaving. They were remorseful and polite and the replacement was installed a week later and has worked fine ever since.

Installation tech showed up on time and was knowledgable. I did hold off buying the warranty at the store and when the tech was here he was able to offer it at a lower rate (not sure why) but who cares RIGHT? It was an $70 savings. The tech also ran me thru the basic operation of the dishwasher and was a pleasure to work with.

I recently scheduled a dishwasher installation with BestBuy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The installer arrived promptly, but things quickly went downhill from there. Upon attempting to connect the water line to the dishwasher, it became evident that they had cross-threaded the fitting, rendering the entire appliance useless. Despite this glaring mistake, the installer persisted in trying to tighten the fitting even further, exacerbating the issue. It was clear that their lack of attention to detail and proper technique led to this unnecessary complication. As a result, I was left with a non-functional dishwasher and the inconvenience of having to schedule another installation appointment. This not only wasted my time but also caused undue frustration and inconvenience. I expected a higher level of professionalism and expertise from BestBuy, especially considering the importance of correctly installing such appliances. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations, and I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing encounter. In the future, I hope BestBuy takes steps to ensure that their installers are properly trained and equipped to handle installations with the care and precision they require. They sell you the service at a premium price, promising security and a variety of payment options. This is a very valuable solution for many home owners. We naturally think that a premium price is associated with premium work. What’s not to like? The local business is hired at less than market rates. The result, typically, is installers who are underpaid and therefore provide less than adequate service

They arrived within the time slot and were prepared to do the install. Friendly, professional and seemed to be very aware of the install process.

The installation of our new Bosch dishwasher was very good. The installers were professional, thorough, and took time to explain the dishwasher functions and to answer any questions. Although our installation took a little longer, due to existing granite countertop, the installers did not rush, but did an excellent job. Thanks!
