Best Buy matched delivery and install deal from other stores. Delivery and install went well, no scratching of floor walls or product. Installers were clean efficient and pleasant. They did what was contracted for.

the installer called the night before to confirm appointment, called when enroute ( early in app't window ), took care not to scratch my hardwood kitchen floor, was quick but did not appear to be in a hurry, gave a short but thorough tutorial on operation. This is not a review of the dishwasher. It works great. The installation, however, gets 0 stars. Here are the problems: 1. The tech didn't have the parts to complete the installation. I had to run to the hardware store and buy an additional valve. 2. He removed a brass fitting so that he could install the valve and took it with him when he left. 3. After he was gone my wife tried to run the dishwasher and it wouldn't complete a cycle. He had left a plug in the sink drain. 4. The pullout faucet would no longer pullout completely when he was done. He had tangled the faucet outlet line with the hot and cold inlet lines for the faucet. I can only hope that the work he did under the dishwasher is better than the work he did under the sink.

I was so pleased to have two caring and competent installers come out exactly as scheduled. The whole time he was working the lead guy was giving me an education in modern appliances. I really appreciated him, his work, and the fact that they cleaned up. These days it's tough to get good help. Bravo, you guys!

The service technician was very thorough and professional in the installation of the new Bosch dishwasher. He asked us prior to the installation what our problem was with the original Bosch dishwasher and explained that the one being installed had fixed that issue with the drain valve. He instantly put us at ease.
