Perfect installation. Pays to be a Total Plus member. Installer was well versed in the operation of the dishwasher and ensured the unit was plumb and level.

Nothing is perfect so when the dishwasher was installed, they forgot to open a connection on the disposal. The water wasn’t draining out completely. A second team came and fixed the issue in just a few minutes. Both teams of installers were so respectful and helpful, that I have nothing but praise for them.

Hands down the worst customer service of my life! Ordered on cyber Monday for delivery and installation that Friday. Stayed home from work to be there and they never showed - they cancelled and didn’t notify me. 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy later and I reschedule for the following Friday. Friday morning, I get a notification that delivery is now scheduled for Saturday, but installation is still Friday. That’s right - installation is now BEFORE delivery even though I ordered them together and you can’t install something that hasn’t been delivered! 2 more hours on the phone with Best Buy and they reschedule for the following Wednesday - 12 days after original installation was scheduled. Wednesday comes and they show up, but the machine doesn’t work and they have to take it back and replace it. They also didn’t bring everything that’s supposed to come with it. A couple hours later, at 9:30pm, I miss a call and get a voicemail saying I need to reschedule the new installation. I call back in 3 minutes and there’s no record that it wasn’t installed and am told I have to call them back at some point in the future to reschedule. The next day I call back and after another hour, have it scheduled for the following week. They also notice my address isn’t the same as in my profile, so they offer to update it. I take it thinking, “what could possibly go wrong?” The following monday (17 days after original schedule) it’s scheduled again for delivery and I get a call at 6pm, an hour after the window, that they’re at my address and it’s a hospital. THE BEST BUY PERSON UPDATED MY ADDRESS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Literally making up new ways to screw things up! At this point I ask to cancel the order and am told I HAVE TO CALL THEM back to do that once their system updates. I pushback that that should be their job and am promised they’ll do it. 2 days later after not hearing from them, I call back and they allow me to cancel and get a refund. But it’s not over! 5 days later, I look at my credit card and they refunded the dishwasher but not the $250 installation! I called back again and finally got the full refund. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every call starts with an ask of my phone number so they can call me back and not once was I called back! I was transferred multiple times to lines that didn’t work or, in one case, internal IT support for Best Buy! I was told I’d get a peace offering after installation was finished based on how bad the process was for me as if I’m supposed to A) believe them or B) be happy that they’ll give me some undetermined future credit off a future purchase. This week, I called a small, local provider and they came and installed it in 48 hours with no issues. I’ll never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

I ended up paying about $100 more because of the extra cabinet between my dishwasher and my sink....had no choice if I wanted to have the warranty....or that is what I was told anyway.

I received a call about 20 minutes before the 2 installers arrived. They were friendly and courteous to me and carefull of my walls and cabinets. They tested the dishwasher for leaks and function and explained how to use it. They took all of the packing with them. It was a nice and smooth install.

Very nice washer. So usable. Washes and dries well.

They arrived ahead of schedule, installed the machine quickly, gave me a tutorial on how to use it, packed up the old one and left. Great business, professional.

The installers are good with giving a window and getting there on time. The guy's partner was a no show so it took a little extra time but I was happy with the job.

Installers were timely and efficient; however, Dishwasher was plugged into the wrong outlet so initially would only work when the disposal was turned on.

I'm reviewing the installation by Jay. Not only did he suggest an improvement for the appearance, he went to great lengths to make the product secure and to insure that the drainage was optimal. Because of the time he took demonstrating the product and creating a built-in appearance, I highly recommend this installer!

Best Buy handled the installation of my new dishwasher with a 3rd party. I did not care for the first company, a second company came out and I am satisfied with the install.

Best Buy hires competent, professional people to install what they sell. Our installer was prompt, courteous and efficient. He took as much time as we needed to carefully explain all the various setting and features of our new dishwasher. It's a pleasure to receive this kind of service after the sale.

Our installer was very knowledgeable about kitchen appliances and how to get everything installed even better than the old unit had originally been installed with the house. He was very professional and quick. He kept the entire area clean while he worked and cleared up everything after himself.

The serviceman who came to install my new dishwasher was on-time, polite, professional and fast! He made me feel comfortable that he was familiar with my appliance and also said that if I did ever need a service call, he would very likely be the provider of that service!
