Installer arrived on time and worked very quickly, and did it all on his own. He was friendly and took the time to explain how each feature of the dishwasher worked, and made sure I got it before he left.

Installer was on time. He explained exactly what they were going to do and did it efficiently. He gave me instructions on how to use my new machine. They followed all policies in regard to Covid precautions (masks, booties etc) they cleaned your after themselves.

The technicians were professional in every way, courteous, and very good at installing our new dishwasher. Everything went very well.

The installer was prompt and called 15 minutes before reaching our residence. Meticulous in removal of the old dishwasher, installing the new dishwasher , showing us the important features and leaving the house in pristine condition. Overall a pleasant experience.

Initially refused to install air gap. I had to start the install myself and then in the end he “forgot” he wasn’t supposed to help and tried to connect the air gap.

For the price of (overpriced) installation parts, I got an installation that saved me trouble, and got me a valuable introduction to the machine. The main part of the install was done by the guy I would rely on for repairs, if necessary. He had a helper, but there wasn't much for him to do. Talk about quick and easy!

I have Totaltech so the installation was perfect. It was a little more that was required, but my technician handled it and the install was great. I totally recommend getting Totaltech.

Installers with on time and very professional. They were very courteous and did great work.

I would recommend the install however the guy did not clean up after the install, in a hurry to get to their next appointment.

I arrange for BB do the install because I thought I could get a local plumber to do it and a couple of other plumbing tasks for less. Once I started calling around for estimates, I realized that BB offered a good deal on the install and guaranteed their work. Should have saved myself time by booking them from the start.
