The technicians sent on this job were great. We ran into an issue removing the old unit. They took the time to assess the issue, made some adjustments to they're typical removal procedure and got the job done. Customer service at its best!

This was a new installation so I had the holes pr-drilled for the waste hose and water connection. It took less than an hour as I had already installed the 20 amp outlet at the battom of the wall behind the dishwasher.

Quick install. Cleaned up after himself. No issues.

If you bought a higher-end dishwasher, hire your own trusted plumber or watch the third-party installer sent by BestBuy very carefully. I had to request a second visit (scheduled for three weeks later) to complete the work. The two people that were sent originally had obviously installed a dishwasher before, but they were less than professional in my opinion. I don’t know what would have happened if I had not been home at the time. On their first attempt to slide the unit into the opening the rear feet dug into the vinyl flooring, tearing it and the dishwasher became stuck. I had to ask them to stop pushing it and pull it back out. I recommend and allowed them to patch the rips with duct tape and they were able to get it in. Had they screwed the rear feet all the way in as required for this install they probably would not have had that problem. Since I had other contractors in the house at the same time I was not able to thoroughly inspect their work. They failed to install the “High drain loop” as required. They also did not install the power supply junction box cover, the top and side trim pieces, or the sound insulation pieces. I was told the latter two items were “filler pieces” in case the cabinet opening was too large. Fortunately, they left them still wrapped in plastic with the install instructions, when they left. They are required to achieve the advertised 39 dB sound level. One of the two original installers returned for the rework. Pleasant young man but lacked attention to detail. I had to ask him to pull the unit out completely because the unit could not be leveled. I had to show him that the two rear legs needed to be screwed in completely because our model had a center bottom adjustable leveling system. This was very clearly described in the installation instructions. He again said the trim pieces would not fit and I had to get him to look at the install instructions multiple times. He originally put 3 out 5 pieces on incorrectly and I had to rework some of them myself. It takes some work to get the unit into the cabinet opening but it is not that difficult. The extra sound insulation pieces were stuffed into the space behind the toekick making it difficult to reinstall the metal toekick. I removed the insulation and reinstalled it correctly according to the instructions after he left. At this point I just wanted him gone. I could have, and actually did some of the work myself but we had paid quite a bit of money for a top-line appliance. If you use BestBuy for your install, I encourage you to download, read and understand the installation instructions for your appliance before they arrive. And then WATCH them carefully.

Dishwasher install was as expected. No problems incured.

We had GeeK Squad install dishwasher. The service technician well informed on proper installing and operating Bosch dishwasher. To make sure water is HOT ( other word, run kitchen sink Hot water) prior to starting Run cycle and understanding a loop has to be in dishwasher drain line and that drain line should be connected to garbage disposal.

The dishwasher is excellent, and the installation was perfect.

Good service on the installation. The 2 guys got right to work on it and taking the old washer out was not an easy job. In the end they got the old washer out and hauled it off and installed the new one without much difficulty. I am pleased with this service.

The person who installed the dishwasher was incredibly professional. He indicated he would not install it until the area dried out a bit more. Most service people would have just shoved it in and have the mold begin. He was fantastic.

RE: Fisher-Paykel Two Drawer dishwasher installation issue The dishwasher was not installed properly, it has moved out of the cabinet on one side by approximately 1 inch. I called BB for a service adjustment; two technicians came an didn't realize the first installer didn't install the retaininbracketsand only adjusted a screw placed on the right side by the first service person (NOT part of the authorized procedure). Today 4/11/23 I called AGAIN because the dishwasher is repeating the same thing. I am particularly annoyed that I had to pay for the service call that was within 60 days if the installation. I was told it was a deposit and would be refunded. It has yet to show up on my credit card statement approximately one month after it should have been. I now have a case number: 310622310 for another service call for the same installation problem.

Anthony H. and Adam N. did a great job installing our dishwasher. They called to inform us they would arrive in 20 minutes before hand. They were professional, did a great job and even gave us helpful tips on other appliances in our kitchen. If we ever need another appliance installed, we hope these are the 2 guys that show up.

The guys who delivered our machine were excellent. Very professional and courteous. Great service.
