Excellent customer service. The gentlemen came on time and were very courteous. They removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one promptly and without damaging the floors or cabinets. I would certainly recommend them.

I was given a four hour window and was told I would get a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. My appliances were delivered by two different people and I had to call Best Buy to check on the status of the dishwasher. I was told they would arrive shortly. They came almost 3 hours after the appointment window with No courtesy call. It was a pretty quick install. They did not go over the instructions to use the dishwasher. They checked for leaks and left with barely a word. The first installers were 100x better than the dishwasher group.

These guys were great! The arrived on time finished quickly and explained everything very thoroughly. They also pointed out a plumbing problem I had which I was unaware of.

Works great! Easy install, setup and user friendly.

The Geek Squad person, Robert Garcia Blanco could not have done a better job! He was extremely professional, kind, considerate and knowledgeable!!! I was so thrilled, I called his boss to let them know that they are truly truly blessed to have him. His boss said he knows that he is blessed to have him!!!

Thanks Geek Squad for making this experience so easy and pleasurable. Scheduling was a breeze, the Geek Squad engineer arrived early, and finished the job quickly. He then spent the time to walk through the key features of the dishwasher including how to clean filters.

I was very impressed with our delivery / installers. They were prompt, called before arriving with an estimate of arrival. Had 3 appliances installed, hooked up and 1 appliance relocated to the garage within 2 hours. They were also very knowledgeable on the appliances. I would highly recommend their service.

The Installer was very thorough and profession and concerned about our floor and the dishwasher during install. She took the time to make sure nothing got scratched and explained everything we needed to know as the install proceeded. Cindy was probably the best installer we have ever had install a major appliance for us.

The tech arrived at the end of the stated time window and had the old dishwasher out and the new one in place within an hour. He did not use the new stainless hose I paid extra for and he did not properly install the dishwasher which resulted in a call back 4 days later to correct the install. Although the delivery and installation service used by Best Buy had done a great job in the past, this was not one of them.

The installation guys were ON TIME, fast and very pleasant! They also hauled away the old dishwasher. I'm so glad I got this service add-on!

Had only 1 problem with installation. Leaked from one connection due to existing parts. The installers came a couple of weeks later and replaced the parts. No problems after that.

I also bought a cell phone, in addition to the appliances. The young lady that helped me gave me a phone cord to charge it that has two USB connectors, on each end. How odd, you can't charge it with that cord.

The Two Installation Men are True Professionals. The Hose Provided by LG Manufacture was not long enough? But Best Buy Installers used the Hose from our Broken Dishwasher and it work. Installation took Three Hours, but they Never Gave Up. Thank You.

The installers from Best Buy arrived exactly when they said they would, had everything they needed with them to do the job, were very professional and competent, and did a great job of installing our dishwasher. We were also thankful that they were extremely careful of our new wood floors in our kitchen.
