The guy that came to install the dishwasher was quick and professional. Only thing that irritated me was once I bought the dishwasher the soonest appt I could make was for 3 weeks later. I think Best Buy needs to hire more people if they can’t get stuff delivered and installed quicker

installed a dishwasher (Bosch) and the process went smoothly. They showed up on time, knew what they were doing, and in 30 minutes had it installed and the old machine hauled away. Laid down some work cloths so there wouldn't be any leakage when the old machine came out, and they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived.

Jim, the Geek Squad installer was helpful and courteous and knowledgeable, he made the whole process very simple, very easy, and accomplished quickly. I definitely recommend Jim and all the Geek Squad techs Who make my life easier.

Our installer was awesome. He was very professional. He wore booties over his boots in the house. He laid a cover on the floor during the install and was careful with moving the dishwasher across the floor. He was pleasant to talk with and seemed to really know his stuff. He cleaned up after himself and did an awesome job.
