The dishwasher installation process was very prompt and smooth. The drivers arrived on the appointed time.

We had a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer installed by Geek Squad. They did a superb job on all appliances. They came in the deliver window promised and were extremely careful with our new home and our new appliances.

The installer was fantastic. He observed Covid precautions and was really patient with our 5 year old son who wanted to “help”. He kept everything in the kitchen clean and neat and was very helpful in moving the old dishwasher to the garage.

Excellent service; helped us select new model when original choice wouldn't work. Talked us through process clearly.

The dishwasher is fantastic and works GREAT! But, the 3rd party that is contracted for Best Buy is HORRIBLE! I never got a call when they tried the first installation April 10th to tell me what time between 12-8 they would arrive. I got an email...on a Saturday for an installation telling me it would be in 20 minutes. When they tried to install, there was a plumbing issue. S, I had to get a plumber and did within 3 days and fixed it. April 29th, a month after buying the dishwasher, installation is going to happen...again between 12-8. No calls, no emails letting me know. After the 6:30 arrival (a second time for arrival since they showed up at 5:30 during the ten minutes no adult was home) the dishwasher was installed and runs great. It's unfortunate Best Buy is saddled with 3rd party installers that don't seem to care about the company contracting them to help their customers. Love Best Buy and their employees and products, but I would consider your own installation.

The two young men who installed the dishwasher were extremely competetent, friendly and impeccably polite. The dishwasher had a dent. They installed it and arranged a replacement. It was seriously damaged. When Best Buy could not locate a third, i took a partial refund. The dent is not glaring.

Our installation process went very well. The installer was very professional and courteous. With our older home, he had to do a little extra to make everything work out right, but he had everything done in a short period of time. Great job

The dishwasher runs a long time, but it cleans good and has several levels of cleaning.

Dalton communicated his ETA, was super friendly, installed without a mess and even pointed out a scratch and offered to put in for a replacement. Very pleased with the service from the geek squad.

The guys that came to install the dishwasher were super efficient. They got down to business, removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one, showed us how to use the new one, and were gone just like that. It was pretty great!

This is not a review of the dishwasher. It works great. The installation, however, gets 0 stars. Here are the problems: 1. The tech didn't have the parts to complete the installation. I had to run to the hardware store and buy an additional valve. 2. He removed a brass fitting so that he could install the valve and took it with him when he left. 3. After he was gone my wife tried to run the dishwasher and it wouldn't complete a cycle. He had left a plug in the sink drain. 4. The pullout faucet would no longer pullout completely when he was done. He had tangled the faucet outlet line with the hot and cold inlet lines for the faucet. I can only hope that the work he did under the dishwasher is better than the work he did under the sink.

All went great for my dishwasher installation! The serviceman was very polite and explained the procedure. He also gave me some tips to use it properly.

The brought a damaged unit to our home and had to order anther. the first unit would not run. Since this has ben fixed we are happy with it.
