The workers were amazing. Quick and efficient. Hooked it all up and ran it to make sure no leaks.

The installer was a little late in arriving, but he called in advance to tell me. Once he was here, he was very respectful of the property and was friendly and professional in his communication with and explanations to me. He performed the installation quickly and checked that everything was working correctly. He cleaned up everything...no one would have known he had been there.

Jermaine was incredible! He answered all of our questions and was very professional.

Installers were very professional and had the old one removed and new one installed quickly. Only complaint is after they left this heavy piece of black plastic revealed itself and I can't pull it off and not sure if its needed so have just rolled it up but sometimes it comes out again. Pictures attached.

If you know you job and want to get done you can do anything really quickly. And my installer wanted to do both. He didn't cut any corners and checked everything twice. It was the fastest install ever.

The gentleman from the Geek Squad who installed my new dishwasher was amazing. Very detailed in his installation, made sure everything was measured, fit and was level from every angle. I wish he could give lessons to some of other people who have been to my house to install items. Just a fantastic job.

i had an appointment scheduled for 8am-12pm. had the confirmation email, etc. but the day of the appointment, no one showed up or called. so i called best buy that afternoon & they rescheduled with a new appointment. they said the dishwasher had been on backorder, apologized for the inconvenience & not sure why i wasn't contacted about it. but for the new appointment, the installer called the day before to say he would be there in the morning & could actually come earlier. so they showed up, installed everything in about 30-45 minutes. super friendly & hauled off my old dishwasher. overall positive experience.

We arranged for Best Buy to deliver and install our new Bosch dishwasher. Norman arrived and set about his task with the most professional demeanor. It all happened so quick. We were also impressed with how quiet, clean and knowledgeable he was. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bosch 800 series dishwasher had free installation offer. Geek Squad handled the removal of old dw and install of new. Worked until I was satisfied with centering/position of new dw. Tested installation for leaks and whether the dw worked. The dw powered up but would not start a cycle. Being a DIY'er that has fixed a lot of things (thanks youtube contributors), I told him it was probably a latch problem after watching him make several repeated failed attempts to get a cycle started. Sure enough, he does something with the latch and success! I probably would have been cursing and thinking we got a defective dw if I had DIY'ed it.

The “Best Buy Contracted Gentleman(and his partner/trainee) who installed my dishwasher were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. He represented his company and Best Buy with high regard. You could tell he took great pride in his work. Clearly he is an expert in this field. He worked with ease and relatively quickly. He(and his partner) left the area clean like they found it. They worked like a “well oiled machine.” Oh….and the LG dishwasher is great too.

Technicians came earlier than expected and did a great job of installing the dishwasher. It was not an easy installation but they figured out how to make it work in my kitchen.

We have used this dishwasher for over a month and are very happy with its performance. It is very quiet, cleans well, and has a flexible interior for different size kitchen wares. We like the front panel controls that allow us to easily check operation status and progress.

This dishwasher replaced a whirlpool gold dishwasher. We went with this one versus the Bosch because KitchenAid is built in the USA. We are very pleased with the quiet operation and the job it does. You can barely hear it run in a quiet house.

Installer was very professional at his job. Sales reps very knowledgeable.

Installation was clean and much faster than I expected

The team that did the dishwasher install did a great job.

Two guys came to install my dishwasher. They were very professional very polite. They had an accent, and I asked them where they were from. They were exceptionally pleasant and speaking about their country and they spoke perfect English, and they were very happy very knowledgeable. The dishwasher was installed in just a matter of minutes everything was clean, perfect and often wet. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen again for any install. It was a pleasure having them in the house for 15 minutes.

When it comes to dishwasher installations, Best Buy farms them out to an outside company. You are at their mercy as far as scheduling, and if you run into any issues, try as they might, Best Buy does not have a lot of power to help you. My actual installer was a very nice young man, and he was efficient and competent. He had to get a power box installed under my sink to change the old hard-wiring to a plug. It was just a challenge with the call center that reduced my score. The personnel were pleasant enough to talk to, but the process did take three weeks to get resolved, and reschedulings were not well communicated nor easy to follow up with.

I had no problems with the delivery and installation of this dishwasher. In fact, in my area all of my appliance installations have been great.
