Salesperson was excellent- very patient, answered all our questions & was very knowledgable concerning the dishwasher we were considering buying- Delivery was on the day & approximate time we required- Delivery personal were clean, fast & efficient- We are very Satisfied with Best Buy, from purchase to installation-Thanks

We were very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the Best Buy appliance installation team. They were in and out in less than an hour and explained the functioning of our new dishwasher. Both guys wore masks the entire time.

The XPO technician that installed my dishwasher was very polite and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions with knowledge and expertise. He was great!!

Installer was well aware of COVID 19 restrictions. He wore a mask and gloves. He keep safe distance. He made sure we were comfortable. His installation work was clean and no mess. He took great care to bring in new dishwasher and remove the old dishwasher

I cannot speak about the dishwasher, because it was never delivered. After waiting for 3 weeks on delivery and installation, I had to call Best Buy on delivery day just to have them tell me they rescheduled my install for an additional week. However, they never informed me and if I wouldn’t call them, I would’ve never known. I immediately cancelled everything from Best Buy and purchased a dishwasher (with delivery and installation service) from Home Depot. Needless to say, I will not purchase appliances from Best Buy ever again. Lastly, the total bill from Best Buy was $1,500.00. I got an equivalent dishwasher for a total of less than &1,000.00 from Home Depot.

This team was well prepared they also had an electrician and a plumber Great service Please note this was a replacement for my first dishwasher that had an issue with the door!

Unfortunately the first set of installers that came out did not know what they were doing and I had to wait until a week later for another set of installers to come out to fix their screw up to have a my dishwasher fixed, This was after fighting them for 8 weeks to get the broking one fixed that was less than a year old,

After the first team refused to do the job, Javier tackled an installation in a less than ideal kitchen latout like a champ.

They did an excellent job. Fast, nice, and clean!!

The guys came and took out the old dishwasher, put the new one in. Explained how fussy he washers are to install but are great performers and made sure the high loop was good and everything work to my satisfaction

The installer did a wonderful job. Called ahead of time to let us know when he would be there. Got the work done quickly and cleaned up afterward. He even came back to check the installation when I questioned if the dishwasher was pushed in far enough. He made a small adjustment and it was fine.

This installation crew was very professional they did an excellent job, very friendly, knowledgeable and left the area clean.

The Geek Squad installer did a great job installing our dishwasher. He arrived exactly on time and completed the job quickly. He had a friendly and professional manner and provided a thorough overview of the unit's operation after he completed the installation. We were very satisfied with the service he provided.

Dishwasher is very good. I am getting used to rack configuations, but that is because my old one was 12 years old.

The dishwasher they were replacing was 18 years old and a water connector was broken. They could have charged me more for the broken part, but decided in the spirit of great customer service, that they would replace at no charge and continue the installation process. Great customer service!

Good product and good installation. Some problem with scheduling

Product was delivered within the time frame selected. Installer was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure that we were instructed on the proper use of the dishwasher. Very happy with installation.

The installer knew what he was doing, was on time, took every safety/virus precaution, and was done in less than 30 minutes. After hearing horror stories about installs gone bad, with other stores, the installer Best Buy sent with the dishwasher was perfect.
