The installers were efficient and very polite. Our house Han a plumbing issue the installer wasn’t familiar with. He called his boss and followed his instructions. The install was completed without having to call in a plumber.

The same team installed as delivery! Hope you get as lucky as I was in having them deliverand install your purchases. Good Job! The best part is that only my husband was home to oversee and I am still, pleased with the service. (smile!)

The man that deliver the dishwasher could not install it for some reason. A second installer came and was terrific!! Did a wonderful job.

The BEST!! I had a call yesterday to give me a general time frame for delivery of new dishwasher. This morning I received a call from the installer letting me know they were enroute. Very timely, efficient and very professional. Very pleased.

the guys were very efficient and also very friendly they did an excellent job and when they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up and just like it was before they arrived.

Guy who did this install was totally professional, really fast and knowledgeable and very pleasant and funny. When I got a call asking how the install went and how he was I recommended him most highly and made sure they passed along how well he did. Pleasantly surprised at how well it went. 5 stars from me on this.

The installers arrived about 15 minutes after the allotted time frame, but aside from that the installation went smoothly.

After shopping around and doing lots of research, including the many reviews, both good and bad, we decided to purchase the KitchenAid dishwasher. We went to Best Buy in Joliet, spoke with Javier and then placed our order. The dishwasher was delivered and installed, and we are extremely satisfied!

The installation team did a super job putting my new dishwasher in. They were quick, quiet and efficient. The old one was out and the new one in before I knew it. I was given a thorough orientation on the control settings which I appreciated very much.

I ordered another DW from Home Depot and when they delivered it the install team said I would have to call a plumber to do it. I sent their DW back to the store and bought a Maytag from Best Buy. The install team came out the day before and looked at my set up and had no problem installing it the next day.

Were able to easily hook up the new dishwasher and we’ve had no problems. They could not get it into the cabinet evenly despite it being exact same size as prior dishwasher. It was left crooked and they said it was the best that they could do. We paid a handyman additional monies and he easy leveled it and put it into cabinet space evenly. I would still recommend if you are buying a warranty also as it offers additional protection

The installers did an absolutely stellar job installing my new dishwasher. They were friendly and skilled. They even gave me a choice on keeping the copper hard lines I had or changing them out with the flex pvc tubing. They finished the install and made sure everything worked before they left. Very professional!

I loved the ease of scheduling my service on hand. The tech called before coming for the install and arrived within the time frame scheduled. The lead and his helper were both friendly, introducing themselves, completed the install quickly, and fully explained how this particular dishwasher operates.

Best Buy / Geek Squad sub-contracted our dishwasher installation with a local installer. The installer was professional, punctual, and courteous. I was a little nervous since we have just put in new floors, but the installer took extra care to make sure to protect the floors. The total installation time was under an hour.

The Best Buy dishwasher install team had it done under 30 minutes. New electric, old one out, new one in place and not one drip or puddle. The guy explained every step, I just cleared a path and easy access from basement panel,

First install went well. Techs let me know about a setting not working. We resolved it easily!

Everything worked fine, no issues with this product.
