Outstanding installation by professionals. They kept us informed of their arrival time. Quick, courteous, and through, they even cleaned the floor upon removal of the old unit prior to installation of the new unit.

The installers were nothing short of fantastic!. The dishwasher did come in with damage and they noted it and made arrangements for a replacement unit and left the dented unit installed for our use until the placement unit arrives

Fast and friendly service. They had to lift the new refrigerator up stairs with a machine and ser it up.

I was very dissatisfied with the install. The dishwasher was not installed on center in the cabinets to where the gaps on both sides are not even close to being even. When I asked the installer about it his response was that that would take more than he was willing to invest based on the amount he was being paid by Best Buy. I assume he was hinting he wanted me to pay him extra to do a quality job needed for l the installation . I don’t know that the almost $190 I paid for the installation was not enough for a quality install. Tried to call the customer service number to voice my concern but reached a call center associate that barely spoke English so I just gave up. I’ll guess I’ll have to pay someone else to come uninstall and and reinstall it properly. No fair! I’m so disappointed. I trusted Best Buy to provide a quality installation and they didn’t.

My dishwasher was installed ok they just forgot to put something around it to keep from making noise

The installers recognized that the dishwasher I got would not fit the space I had (despite the fact that I had brought in the specs with me--I'm afraid that the salesman didn't have a clue). These guys (the installers--male and female) know their products!

He was prompt, courteous, and professional Very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

The delivery of my dishwasher was prompt & on time!! The delivery men installed it & they did a great job. They were very friendly & helpful with questions & concerns I had. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance installed.

The Install guys were great. they got here on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me pointers about the dishwasher and tested their work to make sure it did not leak. They let me choose how to line up the front of the washer with the surrounding cabinets.

The gentleman who did my install was extremely thorough, even fixed my leaking garbage disposal for me. Was also very informative on proper use and tips for the dishwasher. He really knew and understood the product he was installing for me.

Best Buy provides the absolute best quality products, at the best prices, second to none. Do your homework, you too will find these words to be true, as well as employees who go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction! Would highly recommend to those searching for appliances, electronics, etc..

Had to wait 2 weeks to have an install due to a high number of installs that month but well worth the wait. Fast, professional service, even if it was free with the product purchased.

I was given a window of hours to expect them. They called about 15 minutes before arriving, toward the end of the window. The team arrived and very quickly installed my new dishwasher and removed the old one. They took the time to review how to operate my new machine. They were friendly and did not leave any mess.

I am very happy with Best Buy's dishwasher installation. They were able to remove and replace my older dishwasher and install the new one very quickly. Fast and easy! Would recommend!

Two really nice guys showed up near the beginning of our install window with our new dishwasher and installed it, removing the old one. They were very courteous and professional throughout the process. They installed the dishwasher quickly, removed the old one and were on their way. Excellent service.

There was a hiccup, but it was the site’s fault, not the tech’s, and he handled it with grace.

Technicians brought a new dishwasher with instructions to haul the old dishwasher and complete installation of the new one. Payments were complete for the services. No installation was done during 1st appointment; basically they said some plumbing needed done with no specifics, they just left and did not haul the old dishwasher. They asked of me to reschedule a 2nd appointment for installation without specifics what was needed. I did a 2nd reschedule and this time the technician said a drainage pipe at the back of the old dishwasher needed relocated for the new dishwasher to fit. I requested for them to haul the old dishwasher so the plumber has room to work on the drainage pipe but they refused. I contracted a local plumber who came and said no relocating of the drainage pipe was necessary and that the new dishwasher was actually an inch shorter than the old one and fit perfectly. I wondered how Bestbuy technicians were determining the new dishwasher won't fit in the space without removing the old one first and do some measurements; pathetic There

Didn't take long to install. Tested before they left. All is well. Only complaint is that it was snowing outside and they tracked up my hardwood floors. Could have put something down first.
