Paul and Andy, the two guys that installed the machine were great. They made sure we had a chance to clean in the spot where the old machine was before they set the new one in place. They made sure we understood how to operate the machine, and even had a couple "tips" for us on its use. Thanks guys!

Excellent. The guy was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and tested it out before he left to ensure it was working properly. He even went over the various features that the dishwasher has.

Our installer Ronnie was great. Was very professional and friendly, had the extra parts needed to install our dishwasher since our home had different size tubing. Also super helpful in figuring out our delay with the dishwasher from best buy warehouse.

Installer could have spent more time discussing the proper use of he dishwasher. The owner's manual is very complete and detailed but difficult to understand in some areas.

Men arrived on time, called in advance. They were efficient with both the installation and the clean up, and took away the old dishwasher. Very professional. No fuss.

Installing dishwasher was very easy & was done quick. The men who did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly & professional.

My install was at a Realestate clients empty home and I was 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. The installers worked with me to coordinate the meet up time because my my install was at the end of the day. So they called me before they were done on the prior install to let me know precisely when they would meet me.

Good install except drain line was left loose and leaked a significant amount of water. After I secured the line everything has been OK.

The installers were wonderful. They went out of their way to help me. They came on time. They were polite. They cleaned up after the installation. Helped me with how to operate the DW. Very happy.

The installer did a great job putting in the new dishwasher. He took care not to scratch my hardwood floors or bang the walls while bringing it in. He also moved my old one out for me into the garage. Oh, and did I mention that the installation was FREE! It was a promotion on all Bosch dishwasher installation.

The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Completed the installation with little difficulty and demonstrated the various features of the Bosch 500 dishwasher.

The installers were polite and put the dishwasher in quickly. They cleaned up the area after they finished and took all the trash with them.

The installation people were amazing especially the group that picked up old appliances and installed the refrigerator! All delivery crews have been very nice and personable.

Installer was very personable and explained the process of removal of the old unit and installation of the new dishwasher. He explained the basic operation of the machine as he was quite familiar with it and made it easy to understand.

Best designed and effective dishwasher. Plus best buy delivery service. I loves to buy stuff from Best buy because the appliances are dependents!

I have used the dishwasher twice and it leaks. The installation did not go well. The left side is flush with the cabinet and right side sticks out 3/4 of an inch. The installer said my wall was not straight, I explained the dishwasher they just took out was the exact size and it was flush. They did not want to hear it they were in a rush to leave as they were running late. I understand they were running late but I feel it was a rush job the electrical cord was not changed, they hook up to the old wire. I'm really not sure why I bought the install kit they didn’t use the parts and were going to take the kit with them. They left a mental piece in my front lawn which I believe is supposed to be on the dishwasher. Look for advice as to what to do now. Sincerely, Victoria
