We were so happy with the installation service. We were kept up to date online regarding when it was scheduled and contacted on the day off about specific time. The technician was very knowledgeable and installed our new dishwasher very quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service.

OMG this guy was great! He was able to straigen out problems the repair guy before him messed up. Very professional . Knew exactly what he was doing.

The 3 men that installed my disherwasher were the fastest and most professional installers I have every had.. They treated me with respect and showed me everything I need to do to get my dishwasher to perform great. I wouldhighly recomend them. One of the installers was from Indiana

My issue is on the sale I got a Best Buy credit card and was told there would be a 10% rebate in awards. This hasn't happened. We need a range/oven but I will not buy from Best Buy if this promised credit is not received. Its been 2 months

The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. Too quick as it turns out, as a sticky residue was left on the door and was difficult to remove.

The guys that put in the dishwasher were awesome! Super nice and offered lots of tips on the do's and don'ts! It was very helpful! They even ran thru a test run and provided cleaning preferences for me! I was pretty impressed! Thank you!

The tech was very courteous and handled the job well. My only issue was being asked for $50. because he said my previous machine was "hard wired' and this machine had a plug. I paid it.

The engineer was communicative and careful. He did a great job answering questions, and cleaned up after himself.

We did not have our dishwasher professionally installed because it was scheduled two weeks after it was delivered. We couldn't wait that long.

Installer arrived promptly to install my new dishwasher. Even though everything went according to plan, I do advise you stay with installer at all times because I noticed he left the bottom guard inside the box he was going to dispose of after taking it out the first time. Once the installer went back inside the house I took it upon myself to go and get it from the box. I asked the installer if he was going to install the protector plate and stated he had not seen it after I personally saw him take it out of the box. Besides that everything went smoothly.

They showed up early, which was great! They removed the old dishwasher and had the new one installed quickly and level! Very impressed with how well they worked together

The guys that came here knew what they were doing. They were quick and and cleaned up after the old dishwasher was removed. They were so nice and walked me through on how to use my new dishwasher.

Always love a "free" install from Best Buy which comes with the membership. Also the free haul-away and extended warranty. It was a no-brainer to join. Great tech did the install with no problems after.

The installers were on time and very professional. Bad part and it may have been corrected, Installers set up time and Geek Squad schedulers also set up a time that was totally different...

One guy who was totally awesome on the installation of our Samsung Dishwasher. He was the BEST installer we have seen in awhile. Very friendly and did a great job of cleaning up everything before he exited our home.

RE: Fisher-Paykel Two Drawer dishwasher installation issue The dishwasher was not installed properly, it has moved out of the cabinet on one side by approximately 1 inch. I called BB for a service adjustment; two technicians came an didn't realize the first installer didn't install the retaininbracketsand only adjusted a screw placed on the right side by the first service person (NOT part of the authorized procedure). Today 4/11/23 I called AGAIN because the dishwasher is repeating the same thing. I am particularly annoyed that I had to pay for the service call that was within 60 days if the installation. I was told it was a deposit and would be refunded. It has yet to show up on my credit card statement approximately one month after it should have been. I now have a case number: 310622310 for another service call for the same installation problem.

The installer for my new Whirlpool dishwasher was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly. I had no complaints whatsoever.
