Detail to installation was good! Timely! Made sure we were ok with it before they left.

They knew what they were doing when they came to put the dishwasher. Both Best Buy and the installers told me that if they had to do other things to get the dishwasher installed that it would be more money and we were fine with that.

Dishwasher came without a necessary piece due to a factory defect. Install people could have installed the unit without saying anything but said we would not be happy because motor would be vibrating causing noise. They took it back and brought a new unit. That was terrific customer service!

I installed several on my own and it just a pain I can live without, and disposal af appliances is really hard to get someone to haul away stuff this way not my problem

The installers arrived during the window of time promised. They were professional. The chief installer showed me how my dishwasher shut-off was leaking and replaced it with a quality product and for a fair price. The installation was quick and the installers didn’t leave a mess.

The installation of my dishwasher was great. On time, polite knowledgeable techs and did a thorough and complete job.

The installers of the first dishwasher were on time, very respectful of my home (diligente with their protective and safety gear), friendly and very fast. Meanwhile, the second visit (different installers but under the same company) were late, one of them not much careful of wearing his gear, and took twice the time to do the same job as the previous one. Therefore, between both jobs (an excellent one and an okay one), I rate it as average.

I had Best Buy install the dishwasher I purchased and they did a fantastic job. They removed the old unit, installed the new one, and took away the old one. They were prompt for the appointment, fast & clean for the install. They made sure it was working right before leaving. Very happy.

The appliance install men delivered the appliances on the same day and on time and installed every thing they delivered in a record time in my books and as far as I can tell , they did an excellent job and cleaned up and explained the operation to us. We are now operating our appliances to the fullest.

Everything went well during installation; except they arrived about 3 hours earlier than expected.

The two installers were great! They even removed their shoes each time they entered the house.

The Installer did not have the knowledge to remove the Lazy Susan nor how to remove the Corner Cabinet Door. THIS IS AFTER I called Best Buy and informed them of both situations. CONSEQUENTLY, the Dishwasher is sitting in my Garage --- UNINSTALLED!

They showed up and disconnected the old dishwasher and installed thhe new one

The tech who installed the dishwasher was very knowledgeable and ensured that everything was correct with the installation, operation/function, and my satisfaction. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Best Buys' Geek Squad surpasses other installations I've had. Experience with the product. Respectful of my home. No delays, on time and couldn't tell anyone had been there, except for my new appliance. Happy camper!

Very quick but we also removed the old one. The video makes you think you have to disconnect and remove. You don’t have to do that if you’re paying for installation.

The removal, delivery and install of the new unit was done professionally. Very appreciative of the care the service tech took to make everything work. Highly recommended.

The installers were great. They went above and beyond to ensure that the dishwasher was installed correctly. I originally thought I could install it myself, but I am so glad I had it professionally done.
