The dishwasher installers were both excellent. They arrived on time and helped me clean the area prior to the installation of the new dishwasher. Very polite helpful and cheerful.

I had been using multiple delivery and installation services over the years for my business but I've settled in to using Best Buy/Geek Squad almost exclusively now. They always get the order right, show up on time, and install the appliance quickly. Appreciate the professionalism.

Installers were excellent! Scheduling was terrible! Installers were 1 1/2 hours late 9-12 delivery window. I sat at home for 4 1/2 hours not knowing where they were. Simple fix. Hire me to find out.

The man who installed my latest dishwasher is wonderful. He previously replaced one in an old home we were selling at the time. Stayed in contact when with timing for arrival. He showed up on time. Was polite, cared about what he was doing, and did not damage the dishwasher or the house. Glad I had him both times.

We purchase a new dishwasher and had it installed through Best Buy. The installers were communicated what time they would be here and installed it quickly and professionally. They also pulled my old one into the garage. So glad we paid for the installation.

Installer came as promised and called in advance to let me know he was on the way. Caused some minor damage when removing the old dishwasher and currently working with them to get it repaired.

3 attempts and 2 new dishwashers in 6months, finally solved the last installer finalky solved the draining issue.

The installer did a great job. Was on time, was careful not to damage walls and cabinets, and cleaned up when finished.

The overall installation was done very professionally. The installers were very knowledgeable. They showed that everything was level. They cleaned up and carried garbage with them.

Workers came a couple hours earlier than estimated which worked out great and didn’t have to wait around all day for them to come.

The installers got it right but we had to oversee them. Glad to have it covered in Total Tech!

After reading the manual after the 1st install they had to return to remove wheels to fit completely in the cabinet. It did feel good to have someone else handle the installation.

I typically purchase installation however, installation commpany contracted through Best Buy is top notch. They are quick, yet thorough. Made no mess, tested product and even took time to show us how to work product and offered us personal installer business card to call anytime with questions or issues.

I was very pleased with the installation! The Geek Squad technician is very professional but friendly, and he did a great job with the installation.

The dishwasher is out of service due to the dishes not getting completely rinsed because of a problem in the drain. We have cleaned the filter and the pump impeller but still get a constant message '5C' information code which is indicating a 'drain check' problem. Reviewing the installation instructions, it could be that the drain hose was installed improperly and is the problem. The instructions call for the drain hose to be raised 30" and it is at most 15". In addition, the dishwasher was not properly leveled according to the instructions. This unlevel situation makes it difficult to get the lower rack in and out. We purchased this dishwasher on 12/1/19, it was installed on 12/27/19. We used it twice over the next 2 days and were then off on a trip until 3/5/20. We have used the dishwasher for about 3 weeks since and now it is out of service as indicated above. We have been out of service and reluctant to schedule a Samsung warranty service call due to COVID-19 stay at home orders. We are in the group of 'most at risk'.

The delivery and installation of our dishwasher was top-notch. The guys were very professional and in and out highly recommend it to get the tech package as well.
