The installers did an awesome job! Were extremely careful and accommodating. They also went through the functions of the dishwasher. They also ran the dishwasher, briefly, to make sure everything ran correctly and there were no leaks!

I live in a condo with a kitchen, dining and living room combination. This dishwasher is so quiet that when standing next to it you can't hear it, let alone across the room. It not only is quiet but it is huge with adjustable shelves for tall glasses and has a tray for large spoons and things. Love it!

Guys were great! On time, professional and quick. They explained some things needed to keep the unit clean in a slightly different way than others. Well designed.

Extremely quiet! Previous dishwasher was noisy and had only two shelves. Two shelves was okay, but the noise was very frustrating in an open floorplan. Home consult seemed the way to go, but that person did a poor job of measuring for fit. The installers were able to make adjustments by cutting my marble island top -- though there was an extra $350 charge for a single cut with a stone saw. Be careful to check the home consultants work.

We purchased this Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher as part of a package of appliances for our new home. There is a nice variety of cycles to choose from, and it operates well, although the cycles are quite long. It is exceptionally quiet. Our main issue with the dishwasher is that it remains wet after the cycle is complete, even on the sahara dry setting. We have set our water heater to the hottest setting, and this has not even resolved the problem. So far, no odors related to this problem. Because of this, I could not recommend this dishwasher.

The installation of our new dishwasher was scheduled between 8 and 10. At 8, he called and said he was finishing up the prior installation. He was here at 8:15, and gone with the old dishwasher by 8:30. Very quick, professional, helpful with advice, and painless for us! I totally recommend the service.

The contractor who installed the dishwasher was very courteous and polite. We were lucky to have this contractor being assigned to us.Their professionalism in handling the difficult situation made the process very smooth. He handled well when the black occurred on that day.

The dishwater runs very quietly. The different settings are easy to put in place and do a good job of cleaning from small loads to a packed dishwasher. I like the fact that there is plenty of room for my larger serving platters. Glassware comes out shiny without water stains. I recommend this dishwasher.

Install was super quick and professional. I have had at least 10 items installed by Total Tech teams and they are A1.

The dishwasher looks good and works great. The installers did a great job they routed my water line to a better location toward the back of the dishwasher great job. They used a level to get everything right. If you could get these guys to train your other employee's that would be great.

The first installation team refused to install our new dishwasher because the water could not be turned off under the sink. We had the valve replaced and called next day to reschedule but the first available installation date was another two weeks away. The second team, who did the install four weeks after purchase, did an excellent job and it works fine.

Installer was A+. He brought in a pad to protect the tile in the kitchen. removed the old unit without a hassle and no water spilt. He unpacked the old unit outside and took all of the trash with him. The new unit was installed perfectly. Flush with the counters and level. Best buy finally ahs a good company doing installs for them.
