The tech who delivered and installed my dishwasher was friendly and efficient. Not only did he do a good job of removing my old dishwasher and installing the new one, but he wore his mask at all times and made me feel safe. He was also very kind to my dog!

Outstanding Installation. I had a issue with on my side with missing flooring in the back. They had flooring in there truck and fix the issues. Great Service thank guys

The Geek Squad person, Robert Garcia Blanco could not have done a better job! He was extremely professional, kind, considerate and knowledgeable!!! I was so thrilled, I called his boss to let them know that they are truly truly blessed to have him. His boss said he knows that he is blessed to have him!!!

The installers were great. They went above and beyond to ensure that the dishwasher was installed correctly. I originally thought I could install it myself, but I am so glad I had it professionally done.

The installation crew did an awesome job delivering the new dishwasher, removing the old one and installing the new one in its place. Very professional and polite crew!

Excellent free install for KitchenAid dishwasher. The workers who were contractors for BestBuy were the best installers that we have had from any retailer. They were courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. They were very precise in the installation and cleaned up when they were done. Job well done!

This guy was super good; he is not in the geek squad they hire out others for this because they need to be plumbers as well. In fact he was so good he fixed and finished the install on our range and connected the water on our fridge that was left un done too. Very good - we wish the Geek Squad installers were 1/2 as good.

The installation was was scheduled at a time convenient to us and the crew arrived when they said they would. They protected the floor and cupboards when moving the old unit out and the new one in. They were polite, professional and took time to give an orientation on using the dishwasher.

It's worth it to pay to have it done right. There were issues we would not have known how to fix.

Had only 1 problem with installation. Leaked from one connection due to existing parts. The installers came a couple of weeks later and replaced the parts. No problems after that.

I was given a four hour window and was told I would get a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. My appliances were delivered by two different people and I had to call Best Buy to check on the status of the dishwasher. I was told they would arrive shortly. They came almost 3 hours after the appointment window with No courtesy call. It was a pretty quick install. They did not go over the instructions to use the dishwasher. They checked for leaks and left with barely a word. The first installers were 100x better than the dishwasher group.

On May 22, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. After two unsuccessful installation attempts, Best Buy left the dishwasher at my home. I managed to get it installed on June 1, only to find that it was defective—it would not drain or dry my dishes. I contacted Bosch customer service and despite the product being only 9 days old, they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and service the machine. We ran multiple tests and the dishwasher simply would not drain properly and left the dishes soaking wet after each attempt. I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy. And I was certain they could help me when Bosch couldn't. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they informed me that while they could replace the dishwasher, I would need to pay for the installation. This was contrary to the original purchase agreement, which included free installation. I refused to pay for the additional service, resulting in them retrieving the defective dishwasher. I pleaded both in-store and over the phone for them to honor the sale's original terms, including free installation and delivery, but I was repeatedly denied. During my visit to the store, I waited for half an hour before anyone approached me. When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was denied, with the staff claiming there was nothing they could do. I received the same response from customer service over the phone. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating retail experiences I have encountered in my 40 years.

Very pleased with the installation of the dishwasher. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable and took care when coming in and out of my home.

The installation team did a super job putting my new dishwasher in. They were quick, quiet and efficient. The old one was out and the new one in before I knew it. I was given a thorough orientation on the control settings which I appreciated very much.

Installers were on time. Very professional. Quick and efficient. Gave me time to clean under the old dishwasher. What more could you ask for.
