Done very quickly and very well. Above expectations.

I was very impressed with our delivery / installers. They were prompt, called before arriving with an estimate of arrival. Had 3 appliances installed, hooked up and 1 appliance relocated to the garage within 2 hours. They were also very knowledgeable on the appliances. I would highly recommend their service.

We purchased a new dishwasher at Best Buy and decided to have them install it. The installation price was reasonable and they were on time and very professional with the entire installation. If you purchase an appliance at BB, take advantage of there installation people. You won't be sorry.

The gentleman who did my install was extremely thorough, even fixed my leaking garbage disposal for me. Was also very informative on proper use and tips for the dishwasher. He really knew and understood the product he was installing for me.

Install was good, scheduling it was a pain. Corporate office customer service got involved to get it scheduled.

Came to service our dishwasher even though the “service rep” cancelled the appointment without my knowledge. (She gets a minus 5 for not listening to me)

My installation was great. It was easy to schedule. The person showed up during the time scheduled and did a great job replacing my old dishwasher. I did not have any issues.

Dishwater install was excellent. The installer answered all of my questions and was very friendly.

The Best Buy techs were helpful, skilled, and efficient. During the install, a hummingbird flew into our house. ANDY got the hummingbird on his finger and walked it outside. Please give this man a raise for going above and beyond!

The installers who came were professional and courteous. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one quickly with no issues.

The installers from Best Buy arrived exactly when they said they would, had everything they needed with them to do the job, were very professional and competent, and did a great job of installing our dishwasher. We were also thankful that they were extremely careful of our new wood floors in our kitchen.
