The team came in and had my old dishwasher unhooked, loaded into their vehicle and the new one installed in about 30 minutes. They were very thorough and answered all questions i had. The installer even gave me a number to contact if any issues came up when i started using the dishwasher.

I own a duplex house and had two dishwashers installed by Best Buy. One of the dishwashers would not fit without modifications to cabinet. I changed brands for the install and the rescheduling and installation was no problem.

My installation was great. It was easy to schedule. The person showed up during the time scheduled and did a great job replacing my old dishwasher. I did not have any issues.

The installers did a great job, they were very professional. Because of my water connections they had to get another part to ensure the connections was secure. They ensured that we knew how to operate the dishwasher before they finished.

I'm pleased with the service. Two guys installed the new dishwasher in my rental property and made sure it works properly. The picked up all debris and left the place clean, as it was before the installation

I requested the installers to enter from the alleyway of my house and then thru the garage which was the closest route to the dishwasher. The crew was fast, polite and very neat. They removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one and were out of my house in 30 minutes.

Over a six month period I keep going back and reviewing various dish washers in the under $900 category. I keep ending up with this Kitchen Aid. Finally Best Buy sent an email with the right price and with delivery and installation.Very pleased so far and will see if the long term results pan out.

I was amazed at the professional installation service for my dishwasher. The installer's dealt with my concerns about not using a dolly across my wood floors and hand carried it. The Installation went well and then they explain each and every button to operate. I didn't even have to read the manual.

BestBuy’s Technitian’s arrived on time, delivered the dishwasher in good condition, they were respectful of the property and nice. However, the dishwasher was installed few inches outside the trim and it’s not flush to the countertop and is visible from the side. The old dishwasher replaced was also from Bosch which was properly installed. Not sure why they couldn’t install it flush..

Quick and speedy install, checked and made sure the product was functioning and dealt with issues that came up from the old dishwasher with ease.

Great product/ horrible installation Left my sink without water pressure had to rip Everything apart only to ultimately find out that residue was left in from old lines and not flushed out which backed up my faucet . Five extra minutes and information of this would've been helpful before they left .....

Tried to turn on dishwasher for first time 2 days after Best Buy installation— DW DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! Called Best Buy-on hold for 50 minutes & they told me to call Bosch. Bosch was great- they came out 2 days later & said install was TOTALLY WRONG!!! Bosch repaired properly.

The installer was very methodical, and very considerate of my floor, and sink area. He cleaned around the area he worked in as well. He also took the time to explain operation, recommended detergent, and the better heated drying selection for this dishwasher. Great job!!

The "Geek Squad" was one very professional plumber/installer. He arrived on time, removed the old dishwasher. In short order he installed our new Whirlpool dishwasher. He took time to explain the controls and made sure we were satisfied with his work. We are very pleased he was our "Geek".

The installers were very nice and they did a great job installing the dish washer and showing me how it works. The geek squad who did the isntall were able to resolve an install issue, which I was grateful for.

Would recommend these guys for any project, and certainly would them for any installation that is needed. Thought about doing the job myself but am so relieved since they were able to resolve issues with the installation I would not have considered.
