Very pleased with the installation of the dishwasher. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable and took care when coming in and out of my home.

The installer came out installed the dishwasher faster than I thought, cleaned up everything and walked us thru the operation of the dishwasher.

The installation went perfectly! The installer was careful, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Thank you for an A+ service on one of the rainiest days ever.

Upon installation, we had a piece of the underlayment crack off 1 day after install. After review, we had found out that our service technician responsible for installing our unit was aware of the fact that the unit had a crack already in it and STILL PROCEEDED TO INSTALL THE UNIT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO US, THE BUYERS!! After, having him come back to inspect the unit, he informed us that he would call us back to schedule a repair. 17 days went by and I heard nothing. Then I called back to see what the status of the repair/replacement was and I was told that the 15 days had passed in order to have any repair/replacement completed. I was beyond upset and more frustrated that my brand new unit was already cracked and I was told nothing could be done at this point. After being loyal for so many years to Best Buy, this incident made me consider purchasing anything further in the future.

They came to install my dishwasher three times. First time is the mold issue preventing them to put on the new one. The second time the dishwasher installed did not work. Finally they brought another new unit on the third trip and it worked. On time each time and very courteous.

Garry and Chief were incredibly professional, kind, and courteous with their installation process. Garry walked me through everything with using my dish washer, which was so helpful and informative. Very pleased!

The two men who installed my dishwasher were very professional and made sure everything was working well and took there time with the installation. And also gave me time with No problem to clean the area when they removed the old dishwasher. They were very polite and professional!

Installers came in the install window and kept to the COVID guidelines as they entered and exited the property. They were in and out within a hour. During the install they answered any questions I had.

Made an appointment to have dishwaser delivered from the hours of 0800-1200. Delivery service never showed up during the time frame and never had the couresty to call.

The installer was friendly and completed a difficult job in a timely manner.

Installers very professional and fast. Listened to our concern about tools on our hard wood floors and used cloth or cardboard to keep it safe.

The guys that installed were very friendly . They put it in quickly . The only problem I had was the hose I had was to small and asked if I like it replaced I said yes and they had the part available. Thanks guys for a great job .

Not disappointed with this purchase. It hss been great thus far. It is even easier to keep the exterior clean. It is wonderful.

Drilled holes in my cabinet because of a larger hole was needed but did not clean up the shavings. Water leaked under the shelf cover and was not cleaned up. Removed a shelf from the door opposite of where they were working and did not put it back. The older man did not like my wanting to know what was happening, he wanted me out of the kitchen.
