Actually had a sink pipe issue and still the installers were able to fix it and install it.

The Best Buy team that installed our dishwasher were quick and effient. They didn't leave a mess and everything was cleaned up. We were lucky because we had the dishwasher delivered and installed during a special they were running on installation. We have recently bought all new appliances and never reslized that the cost to install a dishwasher is very expendive, 3 or 4 times the cost of other appliance installation charges. But best buy was running a special on dishwasher installation around President's Day sales. We took advantage and saved almost $125.

I was super concerned about replacing the dishwasher due to the granite countertops and hardwoods. I remember when we built the house the installer said this was going to be a tight install and it possibly be challenging when this comes out. It was installed before the hardwoods. Luckily the installer, who was very young, knew what he was doing and not only successfully removed it after a bit of work but went above and beyond by adding some wooden boards underneath the legs so that it would be exactly even with the floor and real easy to remove in the future. Very pleased.

This was not any easy install because a 20+year old dishwasher was being replaced. The installers were very professional & friendly. They made sure that everything fit perfectly, so that there would be no leaks. They also recommended replacing my old air gap, which I appreciated. They had the part with them. I did not mind paying for an additional part to prevent possible leaks. The installers tested the dishwasher before they left, explained the controls & recommended that I do a full test run & verify that nothing was leaking. Great job!

Ryan and Victor of Best Yet Installation whom contracted with Best Buy, delivered and installed our beautiful dish washer. They arrived well within the estimated 4 hour time frame; also they called to inform me how far they were from our location so we could be ready for them and they arrived right on time as they promised. Ryan and Victor delivered our new machine with ease and their well trained and experienced skills. They efficently dislogged our old machine, located where the power source was which was poorly designed and located. Without our request, Ryan moved our power source for the dish washer to a safer and more convenient location. I did not know/aware of this relocation until everything was done and Ryan showed why and how he did so. And yet, everything was done, the gentlemen were on their way out within an hour from the moment they stepped inside my house. They were just unbelievably efficient and impressive!

Whirlpool dishwasher just installed, very quiet while in use, racks are spacious, very pleased with my choice. Highly recommend!

The installer was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Our home is older so the dishwasher is not as close to the sink as newer homes. He was able to complete install in a clean, neat fashion.

Two guys for the install and the did a great job and were super fast. Less than an hour to install dishwasher, range. And fridge. Happy i paid for the professional install. Well worth the money.

The first time the installers came, they didn't connect the disposal back up when switching out the dishwasher, I had to contact support and wait a week without a functioning disposal for the installers to come back to re-connect the disposal.

The Maytag dishwasher installers did a great job! They delivered it, removed the old one, and installed it within an hour. Professionally done, highly recommended!

It makes a big difference to get appliances installed by Best Buy Geek Squad technicians and not by their 3rd party people. We waited 3 weeks to get our new KitchenAid dishwasher delivered and installed, and it was worth the wait. This time we were lucky to get Arnold who arrived right on the dot on a Geek Squad big Van. He followed COVID guidelines to the tee, and his disposition and service attitude were right on point. He was quick, professional, and answered all my questions. He took all the boxes and packing with him (which was not the case with the 3rd party installers who left all the boxes and packing of new washer and drier) If I were given the choice, I would choose installation by the Geeks over a 3rd party.
