The Install guys were great. they got here on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me pointers about the dishwasher and tested their work to make sure it did not leak. They let me choose how to line up the front of the washer with the surrounding cabinets.

Installer could have spent more time discussing the proper use of he dishwasher. The owner's manual is very complete and detailed but difficult to understand in some areas.

The installers did an absolutely stellar job installing my new dishwasher. They were friendly and skilled. They even gave me a choice on keeping the copper hard lines I had or changing them out with the flex pvc tubing. They finished the install and made sure everything worked before they left. Very professional!

Installer did great job. Done in less than 1 hour. Best Buy charged to much money to install and remove old one.

The Installer did not have the knowledge to remove the Lazy Susan nor how to remove the Corner Cabinet Door. THIS IS AFTER I called Best Buy and informed them of both situations. CONSEQUENTLY, the Dishwasher is sitting in my Garage --- UNINSTALLED!

I had to hire an electrician and then an appliance repair person. To get it installed the right way. Very disappointing. A 500 dishwasher turned into over 2000 I also had to hire a plumber. Cuz the pluming wasn’t right for installation. Over all this dishwasher has been a huge stress on me mentally and financially.

Best Buy / Geek Squad sub-contracted our dishwasher installation with a local installer. The installer was professional, punctual, and courteous. I was a little nervous since we have just put in new floors, but the installer took extra care to make sure to protect the floors. The total installation time was under an hour.
