They came in and spent hardly any time removing the old dishwasher and then installing the new dishwasher took little time.

The installer knew exactly what to do and worked quickly. He was careful, made sure the dishwasher was secure and lined-up perfectly under the countertop. I especially appreciated him giving me his card in case I need him in the future. The Geek Squad is awesome!

Installers were on time. Very professional. Quick and efficient. Gave me time to clean under the old dishwasher. What more could you ask for.

The guys who did our install of our dishwasher was great! They hooked everything up and added connections I didn't think were possible to ensure our dishwasher was utilized fully. When we noticed a small mistake we called them and they came right back and fixed it. No fuss!

Scheduling was difficult, since the installers canceled and pulled a no-show. But when they finally came, the installation went well.

Gentlemen were on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. Each performed the respective duties in a timely efficient manner. They cleaned up after the installation.

After a nice install we had small problem and quickly a Tech came out and spotted the problem right off. The strainer popped out of place. Putting it back in place and we were ready to go Thanks so much Aloha

The men who installed my new appliance were very competent. They left a clean work area

our dishwasher died during the start of covid and we needed to replace it. The tech was very friendly and always wore his mask. the only negative was while he was trying to level it he scratched the top of the door

The individual who installed our dishwasher did an excellent job. He was fast, insured the installation was proper and without mistakes. He insured that the area was kept clean, and was professional in all respects.

Installer was professional and prompt. He also cleaned after the small mess he made.

The first installer said he couldn't get the old one out because we had built up flooring in front of it. He said I would have to get it out and call to setup a new install date and time. I was able to get it out just by cranking the front adjusting screws all the way up. Took me about 20 minutes tops. We had to wait a week for new install date and time. 2nd installer said he couldn't believe the first one couldn't get it out. Install went fine except 1st guy didn't leave all the parts.

I was very pleased with the installer. He called to let me know he was running late. He was very pleasant and efficient and the dishwasher installed in short order.

When the third-party installer, A Professional Installation, removed the old dishwasher, we discovered it had been leaking and wooden floor was saturated. They were good at rescheduling the Installation so the floorboards could dry out. They did not charge for the second service call.

Very professional friendly and helpful went the extra mile when he saw we needed cabinet widened for our new stove. He was their for dishwasher and also assisted with new stove installation,

It still hasn't arrived, thus I honestly cannot provide a useful Review at this time. If it ever arrives and is Instalked, I will update my comments.

AFTER MANY, MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIX ALL THAT BESTBUY DID WRONG WITH ALL OF MY APPLIANCES THE INSTALL GUYS WERE TERRIFIC!! THEY ARE 3RD PARTY INSTALLERS & I TOLD THEM ALL THE STUFF I HAD TO GO THRU WITH BEESTBUY..THEY EVEN SAID THEY HAVE HEARD THIS BEFORE..SO SAD BESTBUY

We love our new dishwasher. Have purchased the Cafe collection. Great addition to our kitchen.
