I was given a window of hours to expect them. They called about 15 minutes before arriving, toward the end of the window. The team arrived and very quickly installed my new dishwasher and removed the old one. They took the time to review how to operate my new machine. They were friendly and did not leave any mess.

Was convenient to have someone else install and do initial setup but after the first 2-3 washes I noticed the installer never cut a zip tie that held the spinning spray blade to the top rack so hopefully the brand new washer doesn’t have any damage from this mistake...so far seems to clean great so thinking it’s fine but a mistake like that defeats the purpose of paying someone else to install and set up.

Didn't take long to install. Tested before they left. All is well. Only complaint is that it was snowing outside and they tracked up my hardwood floors. Could have put something down first.

Outstanding service. Very professional and the installer came back to properly connect the dishwasher to the garbage disposal. He knew exactly why the dish washer was not draining.

BestBuy’s Technitian’s arrived on time, delivered the dishwasher in good condition, they were respectful of the property and nice. However, the dishwasher was installed few inches outside the trim and it’s not flush to the countertop and is visible from the side. The old dishwasher replaced was also from Bosch which was properly installed. Not sure why they couldn’t install it flush..

The team sent was very professional and installed my new dishwasher quickly and correctly! Thank goodness! Did a great job, thank you!!

We purchase a new dishwasher and had it installed through Best Buy. The installers were communicated what time they would be here and installed it quickly and professionally. They also pulled my old one into the garage. So glad we paid for the installation.

The installer did a great job putting in the new dishwasher. He took care not to scratch my hardwood floors or bang the walls while bringing it in. He also moved my old one out for me into the garage. Oh, and did I mention that the installation was FREE! It was a promotion on all Bosch dishwasher installation.
