The professional third-party installers made sure I knew how to work the dishwasher before leaving. Not only that, but when I mentioned we were thinking about replacing floors soon, they mentioned the little gotchas around this dishwasher to make sure it was easy to repair if any issues.

Good installer noticed that the latch was broken and did not install the defective dishwasher. Best Buy can not figure out how to reschedule my install.

My installation was successful. I had the same dishwasher to be delivered and installed by Home Depot, and they couldn't get it right after the 3rd at of technicians in a span of 3 weeks! I knew I could count on Best Buy!

I was a little reluctant to have a retailer handle my service. But I can say without a doubt that the contractor Best Buy used was first rate. Excellent work and very courteous. I highly recommend them.

I'm really glad that I paid to get this installed vs. doing it myself. The previous owners of my house rigged the electrical and wasn't up to code. The installer fixed the issue and now I have a safe junction box.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that the plumber did. He was awesome and did a great job. I would call him again any time I needed plumbing work done again.

The guys that showed up could not have been more professional. They were a huge help with the install and takeaway - even though they were not scheduled to haul away the old one but did so I would not be inconvenienced!

Best money I spent redoing my kitchen was paying for appliance installation. I am DIYing most of it, so it was nice to let someone else handle installation. They also moved my old dishwasher to my garage for me (because I was selling it), otherwise I had the option of letting them recycle it.

The two guys who delivered and installed my dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator could not have done a better job. Both were very friendly, took care with the new appliances, worked quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased with their work!

I bought a Bosch dishwasher which I would recommend to anyone. Along with the dishwasher 0purchase, I ordered the tools for the dishwasher. I'm very happy with the tools and they are very easy to use.
