The installer was great and patient with us. He was well versed in the appliance and before leaving showed us not only how to operate but also where to look in the manual for questions!

The installers kept us aware of the delays they faced and were extremely professional. Once they arrived they made sure everything was removed, carried away and they installed the dishwasher with care -like it was their own! Outstanding job!

Perfect service. I had a disaster at another store service install "H.D." which showed me a little effort and care can go a long way. That is what Best Buy provided during my install.

I'm happy with the installer, he did a really good work. although i was a bit worried because he did not showed up or called the first time we were expecting him to come.

The guys were punctual which I loved. One guy was training the other guy, but both seemed very knowledgeable. Didn't take all that long to install overall.

The installers were very professional and efficient. Also courteous and conscious of my house and surrounding when installing the new appliance. I did notice after though I was charged for lines I would NOT have needed & was charged for where they cut copper lines out going to my faucet that were not in the way & did not need to be replaced by any means for the installation. This was disappointing to see. Recommend to pay closer attention to what they are actually doing under your sink otherwise I would have them back.

Arturo and John arrived promptly, removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one very efficiently. They also took the time to explain the differences between the 2 machines and how to use the new one.

Purchased a new 500 series Bosch dishwasher recently. Installation was on time as promised, professional and better than expected. Wish the installer, who did my first Bosch dishwasher many years ago had been as good.

Installation was perfect. It was not a simple job (due to previous Installation) The 2 gentleman went above and beyond to get the job done. They were very polite and knowledgeable.

I got the free service/installation with purchase of dishwasher. Took the guys approximately two hours to install. There was some plastic trimming around the dishwasher that took some time to install and helps seal in the sound. They were polite/clean and on time.

Our new dishwasher was installed because we have geek squad with best buy. It is nice that we don't have to hook it up and they haul away the old dishwasher too.

Ronnie, the installer, did a fantastic job installing the dishwasher. He installed the new dishwasher and took away the old one and you would never know he was there, he was so clean. Ronnie explained how to operate the machine and answered all our questions.
