Dislike the touch surface as to every time someone leans against the counter the dishwasher beeps to start. The third top rack isn't what I hoped it would be.

Very quick and painless. Took off our old dishwasher and the new was ready to start.

The installers were great but had to wait 5 months to get it installed as all the appointments were full

Excellent customer service, wore mask, explained what they would be doing and did it quickly. When they were done he took time to go over how it worked and showed me special features it had that I didn't know it had.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL AND TESTED MY NEW DISHWASHER TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED PROPERLY!!!

The dishwasher was a little difficult to get in the space but the installer didn’t give up. The dishwasher was replaced because of a dent in the original one.

The installer arrived on time, was hard working, well-mannered, and friendly. He was well-equipped with the tools needed to install the dishwasher as well as knowlegeable as to how to do so. Also he showed and explained how to use the dishwasher before he left,

The technician that installed it was not familiar with the unit and could not answer questions. Out of 2 technicians at least 1 spoke English but could not answer specific questions as they related to my dishwasher. Not ideal.

We had two installations due to a manufacture's defect (not Best Buy). The first installation was great 12/17. The second installation (1/13) was terrible. the dishwasher was off center, not 'square', the door hit the cabinet , and they left a tray of water from the kitchen to the curb.

I purchase a for my fridge for five years. The new fridges go bad much quicker than the older ones thus a dude year warranty was in order and it didn't cost that much!

Installed everything correcting and happy with the service

Showed up when they said they would and no leaks when they left less than 30 minutes later.

Not satisfied with the installation. Was left with no connection to power.

We got a bosh dishwashwer installed it was great , they came hauled away the old and installed the new seemless

Finally, we have a dishwasher that works and doesn’t leak. Still awaiting someone to contact me about the floor damage from the first installation.

Installers were great and needed for this 70yr plus couple, but delivery was very unacceptable as they arrived at 9pm for a delivery window of noon to 4.

Outstanding and professional service! The technician was prompt and took care of everything quickly. We will definitely purchase from Best Buy again because they made it so easy.

My services tech was very professional he cleaned up behind the mess! Would gladly have them to come back!

My installaton was tricky so a second installer came the next morning to verify recommendations of the first and came up with a better solution. Installation was then fast and the installer was as friendly as he was knowledgeable. Everything was done perfectly.

On time and clean up after completing installment. Perfect fit
