Professional installation. Great followup when the dishwasher i ordered did not work for my space. Recommendation for why i needed another type.

Slight hick up, but BB made it right. The fittings were initially wrong, but we got the right parts and it went smoothly.

Pipes under-the-sink fell apart less than six months after the dishwasher was installed.. Even though our problem was not Home Depot responsibility, thetwo reps reconnected everything as a courtecy.

All the pre-installation tasks were done and the installation process went very smooth. the installer called us 10 minutes before arrival

There where two young men that came to do the installation. They where very polite, friendly and efficient.

Mitchell and Roman arrived on time and there were no hassles with the installation. They obviously knew what they were doing! Friendly and very efficient.

A subcontractor was hired by Best Buy to install our dishwasher. After not showing up on two different occasions, they made it on the third. The gentlemen were pleasant and did a good job. They were a repairman stereotype (watch out-butt crack alert!), did not protect floor surfaces and no booties. It, simply, was not the typical, professional Geek Squad service that I've been used to for the last 15 years.

They came to my home to install a dishwasher and were very friendly and professional. They even wore a mask and gloves, and finished in less than an hour. Thank you so much for such a great experience! I would highly recommend them

the guys were very good and helpful with the installations and questions. They weren't as great on the cleanup.

The contracted guy was great. Quiet. Very professional. Was worried because I wasn't able to be home and my wife was concerned she wouldn't be able to answer any questions he may have. However, that was unfounded. He asked no questions and explained everything. Well pleased!

Al was great. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciated him wearing his mask the entire time. He installed the dishwasher quickly, cleaned up any messes and hauled out my old dishwasher. A great experience.

Bosch (along with Best Buy) was offering free installation during my time of purchase. It took about 1 hour. They also showed me how to clean the air gap -- something I didn't know how to do previously-- (if anyone has a leaking air gap, it needs to be cleaned most likely !) Thank you !

Very professional very efficient and thorough. Had to return 2 new dishwashers to Lowes due to dents , then purchased at BestBuy , when I mentioned this to service man he checked the machine over to make sure I did not have to go through that a third time. Great service!!

I was very please with the installation of my dishwasher. The guys did a great job and they did call me because they were running behind and gave me the option of rescheduling or they could arrive later. They kept me posted as to when the would be arriving.

I'm very happy I paid for the installation. It was done quickly, professionally, and installed correctly. Installer was very nice and professional as well. Best of all, I didn't have to do one thing. No stress for me. Didn't have to curse one time...lol.

Install was good, scheduling it was a pain. Corporate office customer service got involved to get it scheduled.

The team of 2 men who installed my dishwasher were efficient, accurate, and thorough. My new dishwasher feels solidly mounted, not loosely attached as my last one did. They wore masks while working, as did I. I am very pleased.

I recommend the installation if you do not have many tools and are not install savvy with big items. We chose this as we just moved and all my tools are still packed. I had other things to work on and organize so this service was helpful
