The installation service for my Bosch 500 dishwasher was amazing. The guys were fast, efficient and clean. I couldn't ask for more! And of course no leaks and a hands on lesson on how to use the dishwasher was loke icing on the cake.

They were a little late but installation was perfect. Local company hired by Best Buy did a great job. I had to call the local company (only knew about the name because the text sent to my phone gave me that info) to get a status of when they would arrive. They arrived about an hour late.

Very professional and installation was better than originally when I bought my house. He adjusted dishwasher and leveled it perfectly.

The guys came promptly as scheduled - fast and efficient - had me examine their work was to my satisfaction - ran the dishwasher inspecting for leaks - all was superior.

A small leak did appear under sink after they departed. The company sent out repairmen after I talked to them. They were efficient and had it repaired in a short amount of time.

I am very happy with the dishwasher. So far it has been working well for a month. The delivery team also did an excellent job with installation.

The team that installed our dishwasher was fantastic. The were very careful removing the old and installing the new dishwasher. They were fabulous and informative. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants an installation that went fantastic and performed professionally.

Nice and quiet. Lots of room. Love the 3rd rack. Only problem is the lack of drying. Dishes are very wet. But very clean.

Works as advertised. Our first experience with LG products. Replaced a 15 year old Whirlpool that was still working, but decided to replace all appliances after 22 year old refrigerator died and take advantage of the deal. Cleans well. Lots of options. Third rack is nice. One negative is the front control panel is difficult to read without stooping down to view. For that reason, I would have considered the upgrade to one with the control panel on top of the door, although it was more expensive.

My installer did a great job. He came ahead of schedule, quickly and efficiently removed the old unit and got the new one installed perfectly. He also made sure there were no leaks and that everything was left clean.

Great dishwasher! This model allow for using larger platters which is a wonderful l option.. It is also extremely quiet!

Great item for the price--------Seems not that loud while washing but smaller to hold dirty dishes than my last one...........but overall looks nice and does the job

We had not expected a special situation, but installer Pete discovered our wooden kitchen floor had been added after our existing dishwasher was installed, so it was not a typical slide out/ slide in installation. Pete was very clear and helpful; I agreed to modify the flooring and we scheduled a second installation visit. I requested same crew and once again Pete and his helper were very careful and thorough, with no pressure to rush things. I was very impressed with their quality and customer- focused approach and the excellent installation which took account of the non- standard conditions in our older home. Very good work!

The installation was very well done and when we had a small leak of dishwasher after installation they returned and fixed.
