The installer was professional, punctual, and very clean throughout the process. He did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher and even went above and beyond by adding an outlet we didn’t realize was needed.

Our installers were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We did not know that our old dishwasher was hard wired into the electrical for the building (???) so instead of making us wait to handle that and then wait for them to come back, they were able to do it themselves for a reasonable extra fee.

The gentleman who did my installation was outstanding. The company itself left a lot to be desire. The company is based out of New York. I was not impressed that they could not keep the original day and time. They did keep the original day after much arguing but the original time slot of 9 to 12 was change to 7:30 that night. I could had gone to work. I guess I was upset about the company trying to change date and time because they had over a month notice. I would hire the man who subcontracted by the company to do any plumbing work at the house but will think twice before using geek squad to install a dishwasher.

The product delivered on time and installation was fine. The product is working fine. The installation is a different story. The installer came and basically was prepared with two additional pieces to be done - outlets and some valve. They insisted that it was required by code. Luckily the outlet (GFCI) was fine but the valve was needed so basically I had to pay a ridiculous amount to get that done. They insisted that Best Buy should have informed me ahead of time to get this done. A simple cheap fix that I could have done myself. This is entrapment and felt fleeced. I would expect Best Buy to reimburse me for that additional charge. But that never happened. Will I ever again buy an appliance again from Best Buy - not sure anymore. They are not as efficient as they used to be years ago.

Bosch dishwasher works fine, however installers did NOT screw in black metal plate @ bottom of the dishwasher

We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

These guys were great - our old unit was installed prior to kitchen remodel that include tiling the floor. As a result, it was “tiled in” at a lower elevation than the floor so installers had to literally cut the feet off the old unit to remove. Installing the new unit was same problem in reverse - feet had to be adjusted to minimum elevation to provide adequate clearance beneath the countertop - first the rear feet, the the front feet. Once in place, installers took turns impersonating Plasticman to adjust feet back up to proper elevation to match countertop. What a pain! It took awhile, but once they got started these guys were determined to make it work. It looks great now - you would never guess what a pain it was just looking at. They had to have lost money on this install, but my wife and I truly appreciate the hard work and patience this install required. If it breaks I guess we’ll just move.

The guys who installed the dishwasher were absolutely perfect

The installation was flawless -- clean, polite, fast. I still miss the layout of my old dishwasher. The new LG is quieter but doesn't allow as many items to be washed.

The team that installed our dishwasher was fantastic. The were very careful removing the old and installing the new dishwasher. They were fabulous and informative. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants an installation that went fantastic and performed professionally.

Nice dishwasher, with rack options - but length of wash cycles are way TOO long. The least amount of time for a wash cycle is 1 hour and 19 minutes. I really can't imagine what the machine is doing to wash the dishes in the HEAVY cycle that takes 2 HOURS and 46 minutes. Are they serious, really? I wouldn't wash a dish by hand for that length of time - let alone the hour and 19 minutes. Wonder how energy efficient the machine is when the wash cycles are THAT long. But otherwise, not bad looking - and extremely quiet. Without the blinking light that flashes when it's turned on, you wouldn't know the machine is even on at all.

the best. the installer centered the dishwasher perfectly, made certain that it fit by using his level device, explained all of the hookups and showed me how to use the dishwasher explaining every step as best as he could.

The two member team removed my old dishwasher, brought in the new one and installed it. They spent the time needed to insure it was perfectly level and running with no leaks. The install was free with the top of the line Kitchen Aid and I highly recommend it if you want it done right.

The Geek Squad team did a terrific job installing the Bosch 30 dishwashwasher. It was one of a half dozen they had scheduled. They backed into the garage space to work on unwrapping and setting it up while a second pro was disconnecting and preparing for removal the older model. While checking on things, they reported to us we had basement drainage. Very helpful!
