How easy is it to get your dishwasher delivered, have your old one hauled out, and then have your new one installed? The guys were great, helpful and easily navigated a a fit issue. Obvious pros. You may find someone to do it a little cheaper, but at least now you know it will be done right.

The installation of my dishwasher posed a few challenges but nothing my technician couldn't overcome! He was polite, friendly and informative during the install. I was a bit disappointed as my range hood was supposed to be installed the same day but it couldn't be located at the warehouse.

The installer was very professional. Nice job! Multiple appliances delivered and installed in a high rise building. Communicated arrival time, arrived as scheduled. Thank you!

IMI SENT 2 MEN TO INSALL DISHWASER . VERY PLEASANT AND COURTIOUS EXPLAINED THE OPERATION OF THE DISHWASER VERY WELL MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT MY SHUT OFF VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CHARGE TO DO SO FOR 10-15MIN. OF WORK WAS $75.00 IN MY MIND THATS WAS WAY OVER PRICED

The 2nd time was much better. The first guy did not make sure the dishwasher was level. He didn't tell us there where dents inside the machine either! We noticed them once he was done and was packing up out front. I asked him about it and he told me he tried to bang them out.

The guys who installed the dishwasher were great. They even went beyond what was necessary and fixed the positioning of the drainage hoses. (For whatever reason, our old one was set up to have the hose come out the front and thus block the use of the area under our sink.) Very professional.

Best Buy uses an outside company to come In and install. They were very friendly and professional. I plan on using Best Buy installation services again when I buy my new appliances in the future.

I recently scheduled a dishwasher installation with BestBuy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The installer arrived promptly, but things quickly went downhill from there. Upon attempting to connect the water line to the dishwasher, it became evident that they had cross-threaded the fitting, rendering the entire appliance useless. Despite this glaring mistake, the installer persisted in trying to tighten the fitting even further, exacerbating the issue. It was clear that their lack of attention to detail and proper technique led to this unnecessary complication. As a result, I was left with a non-functional dishwasher and the inconvenience of having to schedule another installation appointment. This not only wasted my time but also caused undue frustration and inconvenience. I expected a higher level of professionalism and expertise from BestBuy, especially considering the importance of correctly installing such appliances. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations, and I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing encounter. In the future, I hope BestBuy takes steps to ensure that their installers are properly trained and equipped to handle installations with the care and precision they require. They sell you the service at a premium price, promising security and a variety of payment options. This is a very valuable solution for many home owners. We naturally think that a premium price is associated with premium work. What’s not to like? The local business is hired at less than market rates. The result, typically, is installers who are underpaid and therefore provide less than adequate service

The young woman and man were very professional, on time, and knowledgeable about installing the dishwasher.

This not only cleans but dries the dishes, which many dishwashers don't. There was a problem on my end with the install, however the installer was clear about what needed to be done and when that adjustment was made came back promptly and conducted the install.

BestBuy uses 3rd party contractors for the installation. First time they didn't like how the old dishwasher was connected and just left the new one. I hired a plumber to fix the issue and rescheduled. The second team was great, hooked up the dishwasher and told me that the first team should have completed the installation because the parts needed (3-way splitter and valve) were in the installation kit. I guess the first team came late (7pm on Friday) and just wanted to go home. And I had to take 2 days off work.

The men installing my new dishwasher did an excellent job. They were very thorough, went extra mile and showed me pointers on loading, on how the racks work and how to clean the filter.

They were neat and polite. Did a great job doing the install, and cleaned up after themselves. Pointed out an issue with the stove install that was done by someone else.

They didn't tell us about the fact that if my original dishwasher was hardwire, i would need to pay extra for putting a plug in. However they didn't charge us in the end.

Purchase of dishwasher fror Best Buy was a pleasant experience. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The delivery was on the promised date and the installers did an excellent job!

The installation was great. They arrived within the time window. They had a mat on put on the floors to avoid scuffing them. They were friendly and worked quickly. They showed me how to operate the dishwasher.

Very happy with the install. The tech was on time, in no hurry, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the functionality of the unit, Very pleased!

Installer was on time. He had a good attitude and was careful taking the old dish washer out and bringing the new one into our home.

We replace our 10 year old dishwasher because to repair it was going to require the removal of tile that had "tiled it in". The installers were able to remove the previous dishwasher and install our new dishwasher without removing the kitchen tile. Awesome!

The team that installed my dishwasher were professional and took care to ensure everything was done just so.
