Mike, our installer had to get creative. As with almost anything like this, it's never going to fit exactly perfectly. So he had to maneuver some of the Inside case. He didn't give up. He didn't get frustrated. Got the job done. If I had attempted this on my own it would have been a mess! Thanks MIKE!

Technician, Brian and assistant, Jon were absolutely top notch!! The entire process took @ 30 minutes. Not one bit of debris left behind. Ultimate professionals. Wish I could hire them for all my home repairs.

Perfect service. I had a disaster at another store service install "H.D." which showed me a little effort and care can go a long way. That is what Best Buy provided during my install.

I requested the installers to enter from the alleyway of my house and then thru the garage which was the closest route to the dishwasher. The crew was fast, polite and very neat. They removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one and were out of my house in 30 minutes.

The installer Derrick & his assistant Noah did a professional job. They were knowledgeable, polite and kept with protocol. Highly satisfied with their work and also showing us how to use the dishwasher. They did great clean up as well...

Could not believe how fast the removal and installation was! They had to make minor modifications to my plumbing so I thought it might take a little longer but they were in and out in about 1/2 hour. Thanks for the fantastic service!!

Very professional. Answered all questions, removed old appliance and installed new and made sure everything was in working order.

Initial installation was not done correctly and the dishwasher was not working. This was a job to reinstall. The reinstall staff identified the improper installation quickly and corrected the problem

I have used Best Buy for installations in the past and have always had a great experience. The service installers were knowledgeable and very helpful when I asked questions about the dishwasher. The installers were also very well mannered.

They did an amazing job of installing the dishwasher. No issues at all.

The two guys who came to install my dishwasher did a great job, however the one smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad. Had to open the windows after they left just to air out the kitchen.

The installer was great and patient with us. He was well versed in the appliance and before leaving showed us not only how to operate but also where to look in the manual for questions!

The installer was very methodical, and very considerate of my floor, and sink area. He cleaned around the area he worked in as well. He also took the time to explain operation, recommended detergent, and the better heated drying selection for this dishwasher. Great job!!

I didn't want to install a dishwasher, so I had it installed for me. They used drop clothes and everything to protect my kitchen floor and took away the old appliance as well.

The guys were a little late but once they showed up they did a terrific job. The person who was in charge and did the dishwasher installation was extremely capable, and did a quick and clean job. He also had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this team. Best Buy should give them a bonus.
