Very good installation. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He also made sure his work looked perfect and wasn't rushing to finish.

We replace our 10 year old dishwasher because to repair it was going to require the removal of tile that had "tiled it in". The installers were able to remove the previous dishwasher and install our new dishwasher without removing the kitchen tile. Awesome!

Our installer, Precision Appliance Installation, and the gentleman who installed our dishwasher, Luan, An in particular, let us know he was on his way, He was on time, efficient and did the installation proficiently.

Our installer was so knowledgeable about this product and took his time to do things right the first time. He even gave us an overview of how the unit works. He was very personable and friendly. We even called his boss to let him know what an asset he has in the field.

The installer was very professional and courteous. Even when he ran across an unforeseen problem with the electrical box, he worked it out. He protected the area with drop cloths and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good about him. Thank you!

Josh and Brandon delivered and installed our new KitchenAid dishwasher. They were well organized, detail oriented, aimed for perfection and were very friendly. All in all very professional.

The wash machine performs extremely well. The installation went without a hitch. The installer did an excellent job removing the old one, installing the new one and connecting.

Do not get dishwasher installation through Best Buy! It was a third party installer service who came. Took the 1 person almost 2 hours to finish, made a watery mess all over the floor, dishwasher control panel and top inside rim of dishwasher were all sctratched up (pretty deep, obvious scratches/scrapes also), and dishwasher looks crooked with obvious gaps along the sides meeting cabinets despite installer swearing it was "level". Reached out to Best Buy afterwards regarding issues/problems and still awaiting a response. Very disappointed and will never use Best Buy installation again, even though we are Total Tech customers. Sad.

I normally have the hubby do installations however this time we hired the pros. Well worth every dime. They were super professional and nice. Now I know it is balanced perfectly. Worth every penny.

It was professional and hands-on. The leader of the team installed an electrical outlet since the wiring was done wrong previously. That was great to have that handy.

The installer was efficient and knowledgeable about the Whirlpool dishwasher that I had installed and its capabilities.

This review is for BestBuy final attempt. First attempt back in October 2020 was done by a third party company hired by BestBuy and was awful. This last attempt in January was by their Geek Squad and was superb.

We paid to have this dish washer delivered and installed. Two men brought the washer, put it in our garage, told us there was some different valve needed which of cource they didn't have and left. We paid Harolds Plumbing of Auburn, Wa. to come out and install our new dish washer. we also paid best buy to haul the old washer away. That was part of the deal. As soon as you are out of their store they don't know you or ANYONE that can fulfill the promises the salesperson made.

The installation crew was professional and clean. They installed the unit quickly and left the area as clean as they found it. They took the extra time to explain the installation and running recommendations.

The scheduling could have been better, but when the tech came he did an excellent job.

BestBuy subcontracted the installation out to a company called Twin Services LLC. , and everything was done professionally, efficiently and quickly. The gentlemen wore gloves and mask, of course because of the pandemic.
