The installation of the equipment was very fast and the technicians were very knowledgeable.

One of the biggest reasons that I buy my appliances at Best Buy is because of the great installation service. I have had issues with other stores, however, the last three appliances that I purchased were at Best Buy and installation was always professional and worry free.

When we purchased the dishwasher, the agent told us that the unit would be totally installed with our Total tech and the offer from Kitchen Aid for the install. During our conversation we made sure that the install would cover the install of the outlet, since the unit was direct wired. When the install was done, the install team said that they would need to charge me $160.00 dollars to install the power outlet. I paid the price, so that we would not have to have some install the outlet, then wait longer to have the team return to have the install done. I went to the store to speak to the team about the charge, was again told that that was covered. The store told me to contact corporate customer service to have the charge credited. This has proven to be a 5 conversation with them, and still no resolution. They now say that the charge for the outlet was not covered, but when the store team said it was, they should be resolving this matter. Now very upset with this whole process. We are also having the install redone as the unit was not install properly.

Geek Squad installer was clean, thorough, had added valve on hand to replace (old water supply valve was not compatible with new type connectors, although the rep in the store said it would be no problem). The installer was acting like a plumber, not an installer.

The install guy was Very professional and knowledgeable about my product. After installation he walked me through how to use the dishwasher allowing me to ask any questions.

Install wen smoothly. Installers were knowledgeable , friendly an hard working. All my questions were answered and I was given an overview of the appliance operation. They were a pleasure to work with.

The guys who did the install were very professional, and super nice and did a great job making sure everything was right before they left.

Peeps came in and we’re professional and courteous. Dishwasher is firmly in place with no movement when opening or closing.

Great install job! The installers showed up on time, were very neaT, hauled the old one away (free with TTS), efficiently installed the new one (installation was also free with TTS). Neat, clean and quick - nice job!

They did a good job but for some stupid reason Best Buy broke up my order into 3, deliver, install and haul away. It should have been 1 order one visit.

The two guys that came to finally install my dishwasher were incredible. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. The prior two who delivered my dishwasher were not so good. Had to wait a week.
