The company that came to install the dishwasher did a fantastic job. Tyrone was excellent, knew what he was doing, arrived on time, cleaned up and tested things.

The crew that came out and installed my dishwasher did a nice job. Took away the old dishwasher, and made sure dishwasher was working in proper order.

I was very satisfied with the installation of my dishwasher. The technician was not only punctual but mindful of our time as well. He gave meticulous attention to detail and instruction on how to operate my unit.

The team from bestbuy/Kitchen installers were professionals. I had the original builder dish washer which was too noisy and loosely fitted. The removal and setup took 45 minutes and did need to power down the house or water mains. Perfectly fitted.

My dishwasher installation went smoothly. My installer did it without incident, ran it before leaving, and took time to explain how he installed it so I understood any differences with the replacement. I highly recommend them!

The two-person installation team had good communication, arrived on time and completed their work professionally and quickly. The use of the dishwasher was explained as well as the warranty. No concerns at all with the local company that BB uses for installations.

The install seems to be good. No leaks yet. We brought the install lit from best buy, the installer showed up and told us we need to buy a new "vent kit" that he could sell us for $80(Cash only) seemed like a bit of a swindle.

I paid to get a fridge and dishwasher delivered. While best buys emails and text confirmed the date and time i had reserved for delivery, i kept receiving texts from the 3rd party vendor that my appointment had been changed at a different time. What's the point of choosing a specific time if they will change it for one that fits them better. The guys were nice but they scrached the trim in one of the fridge's doors. Also i had to teach one of the installers how to properly adjust the front legs on the dishwasher without damaging them. Good people but they need to be trained. They didn't use an aplliance dolly. They had to remove the front door and while puting it back, the brought out an impact screwgun that stripped all the wood where the short screws were. I didn't report the scratch because i didn't want to get them in trouble. If i had known this, i would've done it myself.

The installers arrived within the 4 hours window and quickly got to work unintsalling the old dishwasher, carted it out, then unpacked and brought in the new one. They left no trash inside or outside, were very polite and did a great job. Good job guys!

I believe I mentioned this in the original review, but the installation was done quietly and efficently buy a person who really knew what he was doing. I was so glad to have that kind of service.

The dishwasher is wonderful and washes very good. However it does not dry well even when on extended dry cycle so I am not pleased with that at all.

Our installer was great. He ran into a few surprises upon removing our old dish washer, but it did not deter him. He made it all work and did a great job. Also, I appreciate that we were called before he arrived and came well within the time window.

Geek Squad and scholars came in informed me on what their procedure was and perform that procedure flawlessly and then cleaned up after themselves and then show me how to use the dishwasher

My Bosch dishwasher arrived on schedule along with two technicians. Both were knowledgeable about the product and quickly removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one. Then gave me instructions on the use of the dishwasher and left without leaving a mess! WOW!

The contractor arrive within the promise time frame and have no issue install the dishwasher.
