this unit does what it says it does. Super quiet dishwasher with several options, rinse, eco, normal, extra large load. It's fast and effecient. Easy to use and operate. couldn't ask for a better product.

We had order new kitchen appliances from Best Buy and another wharehouse store. We got out stove and microwave from Best buy without a problem. The fridgerator and dishwasher from the wharehouse store went missing and 6 weeks after ordering we canceled the dishwasher and went to best buy. Miguel on 06/23/2021 installed our dishwasher and was very detailed, check, and rechecked. he knew all about the model and how it works taking the time to show us all the functions. It was a pleasure to have someone take professional pride in their work. Dishwasher is working great!

The installation process went very smooth. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient hauling out our old dishwasher, installing the new one, and ensuring everything was working and to our liking. While the actual process went quickly, it was delayed by 4 weeks with a severe lack of communication from anyone at Best Buy.

Our first dishwasher was defective so we actually had installed twice. Both crews were quick and professional.

I received free installation with my dishwasher. The installer was very professional and installed the dishwasher quickly and neatly. The dishwasher is well insulated and operates nearly silently. There was a small amount of play in the mounting that allowed the dishwasher to slide around just slightly. This would have allowed the door to catch on and potentially scratch my cabinets. I added shims around the bottom and tightened a couple mounting screws on the front and it is now perfect and snug.

The installer quickly removed the old dishwasher and carted it off. He wheeled in the new dishwasher and had it installed and working in a very short time. He tested it and gave us a few pointers about using it.

My dishwasher is awesome. Love the stainless steel inside. So quite and washes like a dream. My installers were fantastic. Could not have asked for better guys.

The 2 man install team did a great job. They had to replace a new water inlet valve for our plumbing to complete the install. I was extremely happy not having to interrupt the install an call a plumber. They were able to replace the valve for a minimal fee to complete the install saving us time and money. A great install experience!

We have been using it for a couple months and it is working perfectly. Very quiet. The Geek Squad person was very professional and efficient.

Dishwasher was installed by a Best Buy third party installer. Work appears to have been performed well. I’ve had no problems at all. However, it did seem to take a long time and the installer was not very friendly at all. But I guess the important thing is that the dishwasher was installed well.

Best Buy has really stepped up with installation. Very professional and competent installers. We navigated the complex condo delivery requirements. Excellent at informing us about when the will arrive. Very neat. The work is outstanding. The best installation team I have experienced.

The 2-person installer team was excellent. They took their time and did the job right. I watched them work at getting the dishwasher perfectly centered and level in the opening. I would recommend Jason and his partner.

Fantastic dishwasher. Has three levels so can handle just about anything. Has sort of an industrial look. Very, very quiet. Great purchase

The installation team did an excellent job. They called when they were on their way. They called when they arrived. They wore masks, put on booties over their shoes while in my home and wore gloves. They highlighted a concern I had with my plumbing, still tested the product. With their assistance, I was able to call my plumber early in the day to schedule a repair for the next day. They could have just done the installation and let me be concerned with the repair. But they went out of their way to be helpful to me. I would highly recommend this installation team.

Carlos and Dakota did 3 installations and a site survey for me over the past month. All four visits went well. They came prepared and the jobs were done quickly and professionally. The only thing I may have done differently was to shorten the dryer vent a little to make it more of a straight shot to the outside. Great job.

We are relying more and more on the Geek Squad to install appliances and for technical support. First they informed us that the Bosch we initially purchased would not fit (which was on the truck), because prior owners and installed flooring up to (rather than under), the kitchen cabinets. So they recommended the same manufacturer (due to "legs" that came with it). That day we purchased one that would fit, and two days later they installed it. The installation of the dishwasher was professional, rapid, and clean, and they did not charge extra for returning and exchanging for the alternate one. They explained and verified the operation. It could not have been managed more professionally.

Freddie did an excellent install on the dishwasher. He made sure all the water lines were out of the way and neat. He made sure the front was level and straight. Excellent job and I would recommend him to everyone.

Installation went very well. The installers were very knowledgeable and they did an excellent job. They were friendly and also answered all of my questions.

The installer was fabulous and I hate to say anything remotely negative… the only small yet aggravating issue I have had from the beginning is the bottom rack wants to roll back inside. I know this would be a simple fix…probably lengthening the front legs a smidge. It would make it perfect I believe!

I love the dishwasher it is quiet and very spacious.. the only defect it has ... it doesn't dry the dishes all the way!
