Great dishwasher and great installers!!! The installers were very efficient and careful about the floors during the installation to make sure they did not mess up anything. They did a great job and the entire installation was very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

The guy who did the installation was just perfect! He did it right, even helping us with advice when we mentioned we were planning new tile in the near future.

First group that came to install it was bad news. However, after I had to have some electrical work done before installation, the second group did a great job. The whole experience could have been avoided if the salesperson would have told us what the current electrical outlet requirements were.

Very professional! Explained everything that needed to be done. Did some troubleshooting on some existing plumbing and was able to fix and avoid future problems!

The installers did a great job - they arrived in the window of time that was quoted in initial scheduling, called in advance of arrival (gave about 20-30 minutes heads up they were on their way), and did the install in less than 45 minutes. No issues on this install.

We had an outstanding experience with the installer’s of our new dishwasher! They were efficient, thoughtful and perfectionists with the delivery and install of our dishwasher.

There were 2 guys. One didn't seem to talk much, but the other, who I assumed to be the lead, was very cordial and friendly. Would use them again in the future.

My install tech Antonio was very knowledgeable and capable and had my new Bosch dishwasher installed in about 1hr from time arrived to leaving. Antonio called ahead to confirm arrival time and was right on time, he surpassed all my expectations !!!

They were mask and ask if I could work in another room due to Covid-19. They removed the old dw quickly and installed the new one rather quickly. Not sure if they knew that it was not as flush as the old one or not.

Chris did a wonderful job installing the new dishwasher. After several incompetent installers from KitchenAid and several month of waiting, Best Buy sent Chris! Perfect job done! YEAH!

I can provide as much details as I can so you understand I did not give poor review for no reason. I have always been a big fan of BestBuy until lately this terrible experience destroyed my trust in BestBuy. I am a total tech member, but this is how BestBuy treated their valued customer. You can forward this email to related people internally, and maybe someone with competence can fix the issue, which I strongly doubt. I initially placed the ordered of a LG dishwasher in store. Their manager told me it was supposed to be delivered, installed, and the old dishwasher would be hauled away on Tuesday, Dec.16th, 2022. Then Dec. 16th passed and no one showed up at my place. I called customer service and they told me it wasn’t scheduled, but the item was in stock, and they can reschedule it to Thursday, Dec. 19th, 2022. Then Dec. 19th passed and still no one showed up. So I called customer service again, and they apologized and reassured me that it would definitely be delivered on Monday, Dec. 26th, 2022. On Dec. 26th, two guys showed up at my home at around 8pm. After inspection, they claimed my shut off valve needed to be replaced, even though we never had any problems with it. They insisted that either I needed to replace the valve myself, in that case they’ll take away the dishwasher and reschedule the installation appointment, or they can replace the shut off valve for me immediately, for $150, cash or check. I told them I am total tech member and all the service or parts should be free of charge. They said they are third party contractors so that charge was separate. My family has waited for this dishwasher for so long, so I gave him cash and asked him to install it, which turned out to be a huge mistake. After they pulled out my old dishwasher and installed the LG dishwasher that I bought, they started a test run, and the dishwasher showed an error on the display. It was a defective unit! Disappointed as I was, I had to reject it and ask for a refund. I still needed to pay them $150 cash because the shut off valve was already replaced. You can’t even imagine how disappointed and frustrated I was. Long story short, the dishwasher was never installed, and the bigger problem is after that terrible installation appointment, I started to have problems with my original dishwasher. My original dishwasher worked perfectly fine and we never had issues with it until that point. Now when I wash stuff in the kitchen sink, the water flows into the dishwasher, and then leaks from the dishwasher! It’s clear that they messed up the plumbing or something during the installation, so I called customer service again to schedule a maintenance appointment. Again they apologized and promised they would fix it. Not surprisingly the appointment got canceled AGAIN without any prior notification. That’s why I gave the review in the survey. This whole experience is the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. Unfortunately at this point I don’t even want to buy any single thing from BestBuy, I just wish everything is back to normal as it was.

Very courteous and professional installation. Knows what they are doing and explained me features of the product and what material I should prefer to use for efficient & longterm working of the dish washer installed. It was a pleasure to have it Installed by the installer

Good job of actual installation , however, disappointed there wasn’t adequate protection of kitchen flooring.

They came on time and installed quickly. We like the dishwasher. Its easy touse and leaves the dishes clean and dry.

Installer was the BEST we have ever had. Explained everything as he worked, was courteous and careful of surroundings. Would recommend him highly.

Techs. were polite, careful and installed LG Dishwasher quickly and took away old washer and cartons.

The young men were efficient and helpful. Very impressive - I would ask for them again. It is because of them that I plan on returning to this store to get another appliance in the near future.

Installers were courteous,careful and competent. They were also very respectful of our personal property.
